We had a great stay! The resort is set in the village of Solda/Sulden in a beautiful location in the mountains. In summer you can do walks or hikes. We had a newly renovated room, which was clean, comfortable and had a brilliant view of the mountains. The food offered was excellent, with a lot of variety. The half board option is definitely worth it. All the staff were friendly and attentive. The spa offered a great opportunity to relax after a long day outside.

The bed pillows could have been better (we thought they were a bit thin). Other than that everything was great.

I recently stayed at your hotel and had a wonderful experience. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, making for a very comfortable stay. The food was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options that delighted my taste buds. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, always going out of their way to ensure that my stay was enjoyable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend your hotel to others. Ski in and out. Food was good Dinner was good

Cleaning was not that good Tap water charged 4euro per bottle Bar staff was not too friendly however Barbara and restaurant staff were kind and helpful.

Wellness area very good. Junior Suite very spacious. Restaurant was good. Skibus bringing to the main skiing area was free and stopping just in front of the hotel. For people having already ski equipment and ticket was possible to just start sking from the hotel (one of the slopes is just in front of the entrance)

Just a consideration: despite being in Italy, not everyone could speak good Italian in the hotel... was ok with English.

Nice, clean and large apartment in adjacent building to the main hotel. Friendly staff and easy check-in and check-out. Very quiet location and nice view from balcony. Bed were very comfortable.

Doors were sliding doors that kept an opening around door. Main bedroom did not have a door

The location and the facilities

Breakfast only opens at 7.30 which creates a bit of stress to get to the first lift at 8.30. Missing lactose free options at the breakfast 3 out of 4 mornings.

The so called “budget” rooms should definitely be updated at the very least to the standards of the first decade of this century (currently the status is the one of the late 90’s to the very early two thousands)

Accommodation was excelent and meals were super. Staff was kind, polite, helpful and willing. Nature and place was wonderful. The price responsibled standard of grant services. Certainly we will return back for holiday.

this is best from everithing, food is amazing!! place feeling like home. we know more 4* hotels but this is the one of best. hot water in whirpools, hot water in pool. repeat on food is the best kitchen!!

Excellent breakfast and dinner, plenty of options for dinner and everything we tried was very good, staff very attentive for lactose intolerance. Location is quiet and SPA is really nice.
