Room was lovely, nice balcony, nice view

Not beach front, 10 minutes walk to beach, not comfortable to be sharing apartment with other people, did not realise, we could lock our door, but if you want to make a coffee or go to fridge your not alone, probably wouldn't of booked if this was clarified, also should not advertise breakfast, there is no breakfast, packaged croissant and some biscuits

Clean and quiet. Felt safe and secure entering, leaving and while in apartment. location very handy to beaches.

Not a negative for us, but in Termoli, unless you stay in a place in the middle of the historic area, it’s extremely hard to find parking. So choose between beaches or downtown. We chose beaches and had reserved, sheltered secure parking at our building.

The property was very clean and all the amenities needed for our stay. It was a little further than we expected from the main center of Termoli, but still a good location.

Prefer breakfast on site as i dont come alive untill i have my expresso

No trains running in the night as sleep disturbed

Right across the street from the beach. Plenty of clean towels. Working a/c, WiFi and Nespresso coffee machine. Simple but efficient, Thank-you.

It was listed as a bed and breakfast - but it was just rooms for rent, which is fine too, it just needs to be listed correctly.

Location was okay

Basically shared a flat with someone else and didn't feel at all like a B&B. Breakfast was poor - choice of coffee OR juice and one croissant each. Breakfast was outsourced to the beach bar and staff there were rude and late as we were told to be there at 08h30. was told parking would be available but we ended up having to park on the road.

We had a problem with the travelling and got lost with the GPS and so we were arriving late (midnight). They did not make us check in and we had to stay and pay an extra night somewhere else. I called and even said I was with 2 children 6 years old, and we were driving for 6 hours because we got lost and had to turn back. The woman laughed and said "Yes, I feel sorry for you"... I feel sorry for you?! While laughing? What is this? During the stay we were asking for the refund of that night, as we wanted to check-in but they didn't let us! The woman had plenty of excuses. Apparently she could not speak with the owner... on the check-out day, 10:03, we got back from breakfast, and they were already inside the house (the woman and the owner - the one she could not speak to....) yelling and throwing us out! Because the kids took some lamps from the drawers and left them on the kitchen counter - well if this is an apartment suitable for kids maybe you shouldn't let those things unlocked in the house!!!! Or maybe you should not allow kids... just saying! Check out was at 10:00, I don't know what time they got inside the house, but they couldn't stay one o+hour more waiting for us to check-in, but were ready to kick us out on check-out. So, if you are visiting Bari and puglia by car like we were, do not book this appartment. Because if you have any problem, an accident, a problem with the car, and need some flexibility... they won't help. They won't do the check-in, refund, or help in any way...
