Lovely room, exactly as pictured, with lots of space and storage and we could have comfortably based ourselves here for longer. It is a short walk from the train station through largely pedestrianised streets and is quietly situated off a small piazza, so very peaceful. The room is well appointed with everything you would need and the private bathroom is also spacious. Everything was clean, neat and considerate of what a guest may need. The host was charming and met us earlier than the expected check-in, which was really helpful and let us enjoy the town on arrival without having to figure out where to leave our luggage or trail it around with us. The coded entry system meant not having to carry keys, which was also a bonus. The addition of breakfast, not in the room but at a nearby café, was very welcome. Everything you would want to see and do in town and along the beachfront is within walking distance. The town around the rooms is full of lots of options for eating, drinking and shopping. We would certainly stay here again.

The steps up to the rooms are very steep. We are fit and mobile, so no issue, but it may present a problem to some. There was a very strong smell within the entry and room (like an air freshener). We could not locate anything to account for this but I found it a bit overpowering until I aired the room and got a bit more used to it. Some may find it pleasant.

Everything about this property was perfect. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, accommodating and lovely! We rang Piero as soon as we arrived and a minute later his wife greeted us and gave us a tour of our room. We had to leave early the next morning because we were driving down to Reggio Calabria to catch a ferry to Sicily so we unfortunately didn’t have time to have breakfast. When we return to Termoli we will definitely come back and stay longer.

Owners were super helpful, check in information sent via text made it a breeze. The location is very convenient to both the old town and lots of shopping and restaurants. Public parking is just around the corner. We arrived on a Sunday, when it was free, but we needed to pay before 8:30 am Monday morning to avoid a ticket. Breakfast vouchers are for a lovely cafe a few blocks away - the best cornetti we had on our two week trip!

There are steep steps up to the room. Nothing terrible, but if you have mobility issues you may have a little difficulty.

Fabulously finished , with high class fittings and furnishings .. and a lovely window overlooking the square in quite a beautiful town .. clean and spacious and the owners was a joy to deal with ( albeit through Italian ) We were also allowed to store out bags after check out which is always a help on trips

Not a lot .. not to like .. it was so lovely , that perhaps a balcony would have added to the feeling of luxury

Big, clean and nicely decorated rooms. Just in the middle of the city center with a lot of bars and restaurants. One of the room had a big balcony with flowers where we sat and relaxed. Just a short walk to the beach.

Some smell in the bathroom (it's an old house) But nice and very clean. Just coffe, tea and a croissant for breakfast.

Very central to the centre of town and not too far from the train station. A good sized apartment and very comfy bed. Enjoyed the breakfast croissant and coffee from the cafe a few minutes down the road. Good that it opened at 7am as we had an early train to catch. Quite easy to get in the apartment following the sent instructions. Termoli itself is a lovely place to wander around.

Very steep stairs to get up to the room.

This room was in a fantastic spot, an easy walk to the train, beach, old town and shops. The room was spotless and the bed comfy. I especially loved the breakfast which you walk up the road to a local coffee shop with the most incredible croissants and pastries, delicious! Check in was easy.

Great location but, unfortunately, there was heavy rain while we were there so didn't go to the beach and most of the restaurants were closed or had limited facilities. The room had a nice balcony overlooking the pedestrian street The room size was quite generous. Bathroom and shower good

No available parking close to the accommodation so parked in a car park but got quite wet walking back to the room The bed was too soft so woke up with a slightly sore back Stairs leading up to the rooms were very steep but 3/4 way up had to duck down to avoid the brick arch above when the Landing light is turned on the light streamed into our room through an uncovered glass panel - quite annoying in the early hours of the morning when other guests are going up and down the stairs. Breakfast was a coupon to hand in at a cafe where we were served a croissant and coffee

The breakfast simple but sufficient in a nearby cafe. The room was also very nice and full value for the price, though with some technical problems.

There was a problem with the toilet and shower. There was also a problem with double booking. Suddenly some people entered the room who also had booked it.

Excellent location and how to access the room which was important as the bus arrival was at 20:45? The price point for the room was spot on and included a breakfast at a local café.

The stone construction made the room a little damp for our stay early in the season.
