The staff members were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. In particular, Stefano demonstrated remarkable dedication by providing detailed explanations of the city's attractions and offering guidance on how to reach them from the hotel. The hotel room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, contributing to our overall positive experience.

There wasn't anything in particular that I disliked. However, it would have been more convenient to have a safe in the room to securely store valuables while we were away during the day.

Rooms are very big and clean. The balcony could use some attention. Location was great. Host was super kind and accommodating and honest. I left a backpack in the lobby at check in by mistake. Didn’t even remember. It was full of expensive souvenirs and he put it aside for me. I was so grateful. Would have been horrible to loose everything I bought on my trip.

The parking garage. It’s steep and tight and not very clean. But the good thing is we had free parking across the street. So we did that and it was no longer an issue. Lobby is very small and tight. Not that it was an issue but just as an fyi

Great location - short walk to the pedestrian area and the beach. Staff really friendly and helpful. Rooms very and well proportioned. Underground parking perfect!
