Excellent hotel, extremely well located for the waterfalls! After visiting the waterfalls we decided to eat at the restaurant! Great choice!

Only complaint! One coffee machine for all breakfasting guests! Even after a considerable wait the machine made awful coffee! Tip-go for an americano, remove cup after a short amount of hot water (it will continue until it is undrinkable) then add a separate shot of espresso! Enjoy 😉

I can only describe this hotel as heaven on earth. Our room was immaculately clean, bed was very comfortable and shower was excellent. The view we had from our room was breathtaking, and was an absolute joy to awaken in the morning and greet the sun from our balcony overlooking the most magnificent view of the lake. The spa area was pristine and we enjoyed a fabulous spa/sauna which was relaxing. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming and had no hesitation in assisting us with our enquiries.

The only minor fault I found was the breakfast, the bacon and eggs were cold and very slow in replenishing. The breakfast bar was not equipped with serving spoons which made it awkward. Also tablespoons were missing from cutlery. Other than that, the other foods offered were very satisfying.  I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel  for anyone visiting Piediluca, it is amazing, just wish our stay was longer !

The views are stunning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the restaurant and the dessert of caramel panda cotta was delicious and one of the nicest desserts I have ever eaten. The breakfast buffet had a great selection including scrambled eggs and lovely soft bread rolls. The room was modern with a powerful hot shower.

The breakfast was really good and the view of the room was amazing. Also, the lake where it is located is fantastic and if you do your research well, there is a lot to do in summer.

the staff when we entered were a bit rude - but the receptionist the next day was much better. The spa facilities were a bit disappointing and the lift is old. Also their terrace restaurant was closed

The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel advertisements give a false impression. The hotel is dated and needs a facelift. There were a few funny things, eg ‘the bar is open 24/7’ but no bartender until you ask. It was a bit expensive for what it was. But we had fun

Beautiful lake view, nice and relaxing SPA

Air conditioning centrally controlled so guests can't change the room temperature. Breakfast could be improved, especially the coffee machine quality. Furthermore, the presence of a step at the bathroom entrance can represent a hazard to guests safety.

Very small spa. They only let in 6 people at a time and you had to prebook your time slot. For a spa resort, they only had one massage therapist . The restaurant view was beautiful and the dinner and breakfast was great.

Great room space, super nice staff and perfect spa massage. Breakfast is excellent and everything went really easy.

Everything was good. Dinner was simple, but also non expensive.

the people that worked at the reception were super friendly and their English was very good. We stayed in a nicely renovated room (thanks for the upgrade) with a magnificent view on the lake. The Spa was also great to use

we had a noisy nocturnal neighbour in the adjacent room (not the fault of the hotel ofcourse)

The peacefulness of the location with view at the beautiful lake, modern room with details refering to the surrounding nature, very kind and helpful staff, a wonderful relaxing massage at the Ninfea Spa of the hotel
