The apartment is in a very beautiful location, with a great view of the surrounding areas. It is 5 minutes by car to the center of Spoleto. The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, it is quiet at night. Beautiful yard of the house. The housekeeper kindly welcomed us and said goodbye the next day. Great breakfast. A worthwhile accommodation option when visiting Spoleto.

we had the suite with the terrazza. it was a very nice space with a bedroom and separate living space. The location is a little bit of a walk from Centro, however it’s beautiful. i would stay here again.

Hotel Villa Cristina is a lovely villa just outside of Spoleto. We liked the room and the service. Our hostess was so kind and helpful. We especially liked the delicious and fresh breakfast in the morning. We were given warm croissants, ricotta cheese with honey from the owner's own production.

Very friendly and welcoming, helpful regarding places to visit, eat etc. Very pleasant atmosphere & surroundings. The walk into town was fine, about 20 mins to the centre, half of which through picturesque streets.

Thank you so much to Anna Maria and her staff for making my stay so pleasant and comfortable. The hotel is clean, offers an easy parking facility and the breakfast in particular was outstanding. The hotel is a very short drive from the centre of Spoleto and from the top of the road before you head into town, you get a wonderful view of this marvellous town. For future visits to Spoleto and Umbria as a whole, I will seek out this hotel for my stay.

Lovely location looking over the hills and very close to Spoleto. Sat in a cool breakfast room looking out and enjoyed homemade cake, ricotta, honey and meats. It was delicious and the rooms were spotless and very nicely furnished and very comfortable. Run by a lovely lady who never stopped making sure everything was right and that we were happy,

Everything basically. The Villa is super cute nice and 18th century. Really nice people work there. The view is stunning, at night you can see the city in lights which is nice as well. The room was clean and the airconditioner was lifesaving. 😃 And you can bring your pets too which is lovely. The breakfast was amazing and tasty with the home made honey!! And the tea and coffee was good and they get lactose free milk for us which meant to us a lot!!
