The hotel was beautiful, impeccable, elegant and gracious. The staff (who are the owners and family) were superb in every way. The food in the restaurant was incredibly delicious and the service top notch. I loved everything about it!

Not a single thing. It was perfection!

- Perfect location - Charming accommodation - Restaurant downstairs - Room service (they brought a bottle of wine to my room at 01.00) - Excellent air conditioning - Outdoor tables and sofas Note: You will definitely want to get a taxi from the train station as there is too much of incline if you have luggage. Taxi was around 15€ each way.

- The night staff and restaurant staff were very unfriendly (the daytime front desk staff were excellent) - The shower definitely needed a good cleaning

Breakfast was satisfactory although simple, coffee could be better. Location was exactly as we wanted. Quality of reception services was very good.

Roadworks made the access to the hotel a bit complicated. Lack of elevator and noisy air conditioning were somehow disturbing. But that's the reality of a hotel located in the old town.

Absolutely beautiful place and fantastic location easy to walk into centre of town and to all attractions. The hotel is very old and traditional Italian style with lots of dark wooden pieces and beautiful artwork. My room was very comfortable and I had a large bathroom with an amazing old sink (Rococo maybe???) I will definitely stay there again, I loved it. They do not normally do lunch but I asked for a lunch and the owner kindly provided me with a lovely cold salad platter.

Nothing really

Location is right after the start of the ZTL area in the town center. They provide multiple options for parking your car at no or small cost. Room was spacious and the hotel was undergoing a general renovation but we did not experience any noise or whatsoever.

Nothing to be honest. It was all up to our standards.

The hotel Is in an excellent position to explore and fully enjoy Spoleto.

Some more attention to the room maintenance and cleanliness would be appreciated.

Centrally located. Kind and helpful staff. The room was not large but tastefully decorated.

Lovely decor, perfect location for Spoleto historical town. Great value. Best Spoleto restaurant we have eaten in, and we are coming to Spoleto every year for 10 years.

Parking

Good breakfast with lots of choices including bacon and eggs. Bike storage in a separate garage.
