it used to be an Italian villa. Should I say more? Wind your way through the extremely tight streets to park your car outside the wall. Walk through the archway and you step into the courtyard which is absolutely gorgeous, with perfectly trimmed hedges, and a view of the castle and beautiful church in the distance. The lady at the front desk is perfectly nice. Showed us to our room which is quaint, spacious enough, and smelled very nice. Old world Italian feel. Nice Wi-Fi, nice shower. Breakfast in the morning was nice and if weather permits you can have it in the courtyard. 5 minute walk to Ponte delle Torri. 3 minute walk to Piazza Campello and the Spoleto link with the people movers and elevators that easily take you up and down the city. Excellent stay.

The hotel was charming and distinctive, with a wonderful patio and garden overlooking the valley. Hotel reception was very helpful and responsive. There is a bar area that is open on request. The breakfast was excellent. It was very quiet, but only two blocks to central areas of Spoleto

The furnishings in the room are comfortable but a little dated. The room was not large enough to have a chair for sitting. The hotel requires some effort to find and its advantageous to be driving a small car due to narrow streets of the historic area.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was good but in my humble opinion one should include some warm dishes such as fried / scrambled eggs, fried bacon and sausages. Otherwise good 👍

Very welcoming upon arrival, this hotel had spacious rooms, wonderful breakfast, fantastic location. The beds (twins) were very comfortable and the room was quiet… excellent for sleeping. It was fun to be able to walk everywhere from the hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful.

The Palazzo Leti is set in the most beautiful surroundings. The views are stunning. The staff are polite and very helpful. An excellent choice of fruit, ham, cheese, cereal, yoghurt and pastries for breakfast. Our room was traditional with a cool stone floor, and beautifully decorated. There was good air conditioning and toiletries in the bathroom.

I drove to the hotel which was at 1st difficult to find and for some people hard to maneuver the narrow streets. Parking was a distance from the place but not expensive.

Very attractive building and garden, friendly professional staff, fine choice of breakfast foods, relaxing drinks and breakfast in the garden, and immaculately clean.

Location: 1) somewhat difficult to find even with GPS; 2) somewhat dangerous walk to restaurants and shops; only 1/4 mile from the main street but along dark narrow streets with two-way time-released traffic.

Beautiful setting, tranquility (yet very central), classic interior design, homely atmosphere, courteous and helpful staff, good breakfast, feeling of being on a retreat yet all facilities (restaurants etc) on your doorstep.

Palazzo Leti provides beautifully decorated accommodation in a characterful historic residence with period furnishings, five minutes walk from the cathedral. It is situated within an enclosed walled space in a quiet cul-de-sac in the Upper Town; there are fabulous views of both the castle (Rocca Albornoziana) and the thickly wooded slopes of Monteluco from its garden terrace. Good buffet breakfast with coffee made to order can be eaten outside in the garden or indoors, dependent on the weather. An honesty bar is provided for those who like a nightcap. The atmosphere is relaxed and informal. Front of house staff, Anna and Massimo, and the ladies who look after the breakfast arrangements, could not have been more friendly and helpful - very professional. Great place, memorable stay!

Beautiful old building in wonderful setting with great views over the surrounding countryside. Gorgeous terrace to sit out on for breakfast. Very helpful staff on duty. Easy walking distance of historic town centre.
