I really appreciated Maurizio's kindness, calm and benevolence. I felt extremely welcome in this place. The name "Genuine Hospitality" perfectly matches the atmosphere. The room was well appointed and very comfortable, as was the shared bathroom. Everything is very well thought out and organized for the use of this communal area. The entire premises were very clean and well maintained. The value for money is excellent, and I highly recommend this friendly place to anyone wanting to spend one or more nights in Tortoli. What a wonderful stay! The accommodation has everything you need (incl. parking), but it is also centrally located. What really made our time though, was the care of Maurizio and Laura! I wish they were our hosts everywhere! Thank you so much for everything!

Restaurant quality breakfast. Great location to walk to city center, a short travel to Arbatax by car. Perfect cleanliness, friendly and very helpful staff, helped us to plan activities around. I would definitely recommend to stay here, great value for the money. We really felt welcomed there.

Nothing to say here really, maybe sound isolation between rooms could be a little bit better but it didn't make a huge impact on overall experience.

Very kind and helpful hosts, very clean house, internet/TV and casting available, they have their own, home made local products for sale :) Private closed parking.

A bit thin walls, so if you get a noisy neighbor, you will hear it.

The coziness and how private it was, was absolutely amazing - and especially how close it was to some delicious restaurants, only a few minutes walk!

Everything was above our expectations! Maurizio is very kind and friendly ! I recommend to book authentic breakfast and pick some travel tips from him. Awesome. He has also bicycles to rent for a good price.
