The hotel exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and attention to detail. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The location was ideal—close to restaurants, bars, shops, yet peaceful and quiet. The amenities were top-notch, including fast Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, cozy beds, a stunning view. What really stood out was the host’s excellent communication and thoughtful touches throughout the stay. It’s clear they genuinely care about their guests’ experience. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Cleanliness and the pool.

Breakfast. Only two vegetables (tomatoes and cucumber - both in whole). 1) Breakfast room welcomes you with a note do not bring any bag. 2) You can't sit close to windows because waitress do not prepare those tables. (We even got expelled by waitress!) 3) Vegetables (tomatoes and cucumber) and fruits (banana and kiwi) are not sliced and are provided only with table. When we asked waitress for proper knife we were told to use table knife. 4) No eggs prepared however you can use a boiling machine. But it has a catch, every couple of minutes waitress comes and turns off the heat. I waisted two eggs and had to protect for the machine against waitress. 5) Each day we were asked for key number. They all new we had breakfast each day cause of point 4.

The staff is very friendly, they suggested a very good place for dinner and all restaurants were walking distance from the hotel. There was a private parking for our car and the rooftop bar was also very nice.

Although the breakfast had different options, most of the stuff was not fresh (pre-packaged) and sweet. The facilities would benefit from a reneawal, as the hotel is kind of dated

Hotel was confortable, clean, staff was nice and really informative. - the staff recommended Iknos restaurant when we arrived and offered us a 10% discount with. The restaurant serve amazing food beside the pizza, which we greatly recommend if you want to have a proper local Sarde food! - the breakfast was a blast, from salty to sweet pastry, with some fruits and veggies ( tomatoes, cucumber) - the hotel have a rooftop bar, a descent one in my opinion for last drinks before going to bed. - the swimming pool was good too.

Internet connection could have been better in the bedroom or terrace, especially when you need to do some conf-call with customers

Good value for money hotel in the main street of Tortoli. Staff were nice and welcoming. The room itself, though a bit dated, was comfortable and checked all the minimums. Same for the bathroom. The hotel parking also came in handy; breakfast was great and had good variety.

The staff was very helpful , offered coupons for restaurants and advices. Central Location , close to restaurants and stores.

Very small room and extremely tight bathroom. Parking was a challenge… Elevator was old and slow.

Everything about this hotel is great. Location is right on the main street a little down so noise level is really good. The staff were one of the best on our overall holiday. They all went above and beyond for me and my wife. The roof top bar was a big hit with stunning sunset views. Breakfast was great and again staff just amazing. Free parking and a nice pool topped it off.

The hotel was ideal for one night. The room was clean, presentable. It had a fridge. The swimming pool area was lovely and the use of it and amenities up to 1200 on our day of departure was good. The staff were helpful.

Having a room in the front very noisy. The step up to the bathroom dangerous at night. Shower a bit small with another step to get over.

Good location, great choice for breakfast, rooms very clean , staff very friendly and very helpful, nice swimming pool and roof bar😉

Good place to stay for a short time to visit nearby beaches. Decent breakfast. Free parking available.

Noise into late from the top roof bar, lots of birds in the swimming pool.
