Lovely spacious room, very clean and great aircon. Owners were very helpful and breakfast was good, you have some fruit, cereals, pastries and the option of 1 portion of egg or hand and cheese as well as a very delicious coffee or selection of teas.

The restaurant of the hotel was pretty good.

The windows blinders were automatic and I'd like to have them open with fresh wind coming in, but when I was arriving late, opening them was too noisy, and I didn't want to bother the other guests, so I kept my room in "bunker-mode".

I've been there only one night and the hotel is actually very nice. The interior have been completely renovated so do not look only at the outside. The room was big and confortable and the staff was nice

The breakfast could be better, it was ok anyway. The room key actually still report another hotel name that i found strange

Good people run the place, easy access, clean rooms, good wifi. One of the best for the price I would say.

Breakfast was really basic, few options only. Room was real hot when we got there, would be great to prep it before guest arrival.

the welcome was very friendly and helpful. It was really nice to not have to go out again after check-in to find a meal in a town we don't know. The supper was reasonably priced and delicious, as was the morning breakfast (included in the room cost).

Friendliness of staff who make you feel special. Clean & very comfortable. Restaurant fabulous, some of the best food I've had in Italy. Extensive wine list & great selection of superb desserts

No kettle or mini fridge in room, but they did supply hot water

Spacious room, good continental breakfast - the staff clearly work hard to follow high and consistent standards. The location is very convenient as a straightforward, easy motoway stop-off.

Friendly staff, good and clean for Italian hotel.

Very hard to communicate in English, français or Deutsch. Only Italian spoken. No info at check-in that 1) room key does not unlock Main entrance. You have to ring. 2) that there is a restaurant in the facilities as well and that it opens at 1930. 3) breakfast is from 0700-0930 and where it is. 4) tortona has to offer many things. Breakfast is not what we are used to from other countries...

Spacious room with air conditioning, Genoa and Milano can easily be reached by car. Tortona has a variety of supermarkets and gas stations. Very practical.

The breakfast is minimalistic, extra charges come up for fried eggs, ham or orange juice.
