It's a business Hotel in the middle of nowhere. Yet, it is very practical for one-night stops or to travel around the region. The business suite is perfect for families, with 2 bathrooms and plenty of space. The swimming pool is not part of the hotel, but really next door. Excellent for kids.

We had to pay extra for the swimming pool, even it is part of the pictures in Booking.com. The swimming pool had 2 slides closed.

We were a group of 4 travelling from Spain to Slovenia and stayed here in May 2024. We needed a place close to the motorway, out of the city centre and had secure parking for our motorcycles. This hotel fit the bill and we we made very welcome and we were extremely comfortable there. The staff were warm and welcoming and the room was huge and quiet. We liked it so much we will be using it again for our return journey.

I can't say anything bad or negative about the hotel. It was ideal for us, just what we wanted and totally met our expectations in every way.

It needs to be made clear that the pool is not part of the hotel but attached to the fitness club next door. So there is a charge, which we did pay for and the kids had a great time, the pool is excellent. It’s just on the hotel website and on this website it seems like the pool is part of the hotel. But you could easily spend a day in the pool area especially in the summe with the outdoor pool. The restaurant for dinner was quite slow but ok

Room is tidy and clean, space is big. Lots of parking spot. Check in and out is smooth. Quiet location. I would say the price for this room during the peak of the Easter holiday was competitive. If you could drive an hour away from Milan or Genova (if those are your travel destinations), it is better to spend it in this hotel than some expensive but bad hotels in the main cities of Milan or Genova. There are also some nice restaurants for you to discover in and around Alessandria.

Didn't like the smell of the beddings and pillowcases, but was too tired and exhausted from our trip to even bother asking for it to be changed. The sensor of the automatic sliding door at the entrance fails from time to time.

Very clean, well appointed rooms. Comfortable beds, nice linen. Food was nice, staff very pleasant

The restaurant felt like you were sitting in the open reception area of the hotel rather than a restaurant so maybe you could do something to create a nicer dining area. But that didn't affect our food or stay!

Very clean and comfortable. Excellent shower. Staff helpful and food was also good. Great to have secure parking option too.

Not much around hotel, but was an overnight stopover for us so wasn’t a big negative factor.

Lovely, new hotel, very clean and modern. Room was large enough to sleep 5 people comfortably. Great bathroom, quiet, and 2 restaurants downstairs to choose from.
