Old-fashioned Italian hotel, easy to find at the outskits of the centre, private parking, bar with grappa, friendly and competent receptionist, lift, WiFi, nice room on the top floor as requested, balcony with a view, nice bathroom with cushy towels, a fridge, short walk away from all the lovely places to explore in Alessandria

The hotel is close to the train station and very easy to find. It is also close to the city centre, so you can take a walk to look around or to find smth to eat. The receptionist was also nice and explained everything. The room was very pretty and clean. The colors were unusual, but i liked it a lot. I must say that my favourite was the bathroom . Very nice accomodation for short stay

Location was superb, very comfortable, large bed, it was a pleasure to stay there with our 2 dogs. We had private parking too. There are a lot of restaurants in close proximity. The hotel was fantastic and I would highly recommend. Thank-you to Enrico, all the staff were delightful and all spoke excellent English.

Slightly older building, but fresh decor. Nice continental breakfast. Good location, a fairly direct 10-15mins walk from railway station. A taxi is 15euro, but takes a long route to get to same place. We were just breaking our train journey, so only one night. It was perfect for this... There are a few restaurants un the area, fair price, but nothing cheap.

Location, breakfast (modest but substantial), room. We got what we had expected and as it had been advertised.

A bit uncomfortable bath/shower for a guy with wide shoulders, also it was leaky so I needed to think how to use it to avoid wiping the floor afterward..

Good location of the hotel. Polite staff. Excellent breakfasts. The room is large and clean. The beds are comfortable.

There are no hooks in the bathroom. The room was cold and there was no way to turn on the heating

It was too warm in the room (24 degrees) and the Air-con did not work. We presume it is turned off in the winter ?

Staff was wonderful! Great breakfast! Nice walkable location to places. Comfy and clean rooms. Nice bathrooms. Little kitchen area was awesome!

The breakfast was the best so far on this trip. lt was easy to find and the facilities were very comfortable and the large balcony a further plus.
