We loved Alessandra, who was so lovely and helpful, especially when we first arrived and required a parking space for the duration of our trip. She gave us a little tour of her home and we were pleased to be in such close proximity to the beautiful historical centre. There was breakfast provided and a selection of items in the fridge as well . The accommodation was nicely decorated and it had areally homely feel plus an excellent shower for washing g my very long hair. Alessandro and Samanta both gave us good tips for going out to eat, and we could tell how proud she was of her being a resident of Trani.

I booked an apartment which was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The kitchenette was stocked with all the essential items. The private balcony was a pleasant spot for eating breakfast and lunch. I loved the sun terrace! It was a fantastic space with a view of the cathedral, something which is hard to find. The host met me at the train station in her car. Alessandro and her sister were always available by WhatsApp if I needed anything.

Nothing. My only complaint is that the host did not tell me about the festival which was taking place when I was staying. I missed the procession through he streets but did manage to see the fireworks.

The owner of the apartment has been extremely responsive and kind from the very beginning, making me feel immediately welcome. The location is absolutely the best to walk around Trani and also to go to the closest beach. Everything in the room and bathroom seemed carefully chosen and sparkling clean, the room even if quite small was very well organized and with everything you might need. The terrace was a gem <3 we had two wonderful sunset wine there and even at sunrise it's magic.

Everything was great. Maybe I would add coffee (even instant) in the room together with the tea!

Everything was perfect: a cosy apartment filled with love in every detail, a spacious rooftop terrace with a million succulents, and a lovely balcony adorned with plants. The apartment is located in the old town, very close to the harbour. A big plus was the cleaning service in the middle of our stay. We enjoyed everything and are grateful to our wonderful host, Alessandra.

Excellent location in the old town, close to restaurants, shopping and historical sites. The property was beautifully restored and decorated, exceptionally clean and comfortable. The hosts Samanta and Alessandra were terrific - very friendly, attentive, and full of helpful information and recommendations.

Our entire week's stay was fantastic. The only very minor issue was that we felt the beds and pillows could have been more comfortable (but I realize this is a very individual thing)

The owners are very friendly and always ready to help. They were waiting for us at arrival and helped us to find parking. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable. There is a beautiful roof terrace to relax. All the main sights are within walking distance.

It's in the middle of the city so it's tricky to find and there is a lot of noise from outside. Breakfast was included, but this was very basic with just a coffee and a croissant.

Great location in Trani, close to everything, comfortable and quiet.. Alessandra was really helpful at check in, helping us secure a free parking spot just outside, and giving us some great recommendations for places to eat. This flat was a great size and a perfect location within the beautiful Trani. About a 3 min walk from both the Duomo and the harbour down the cute quaint streets. Alessandra was lovely and helpful with taxi's etc during our stay.

I mistakenly believed that the rooftop was a private one with the apartment but it was however a shared one with the other flats but we did have our own little balcony which was lovely- could maybe benefit from a light outside for when you're enjoying a drink and a book in the evening.

The location in the heart of the old town but down a quiet alley was excellent. The terrace looked very nice but due the weather was unfortunately not useable by us. Alessandra was very friendly and helpful about parking the car etc. The issue about the mugs was probably lost in cultural translation.

The very small but nice coffee and croissant could have been a little more extensive. Providing tea, fridge and kettle without any cups to put the drink in was a little obscure .

This Casa really is a wonderful stay in beautiful Trani. The apartment is very nice and the hosts very helpful.

I think at booking.com the perfect 10 is to easy given nowadays. Is it worth a 10? I think almost no accommodation is. But i didn't want to lower the rating because they are really worth a high rating. The rooftop could have some more comfort.
