Our stay was absolutely perfect! Luisa was incredibly kind and welcoming. The BnB is in an ideal location—close enough to the city center for an easy walk, yet peaceful and quiet at night since it’s just outside the busy area. The convenience of parking on the property was a lifesaver, especially since parking in town is quite a nightmare. We loved the beautiful view of Rovereto from the property. The room was spotlessly clean, warm, and cozy, with a super comfortable bed that gave us the best sleep. The breakfast was a real highlight, with delicious homemade cakes and a great selection of other treats. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely stay here again when we return!

Honestly nothing.

The room was clean and spacious enough with a large bathroom. It was warm, comfortable and very quiet: perfect for a good night of sleep and to recharge before a new busy day. The breakfast was excellent and tasty with a variety of options. Luisa, the host, was also really nice and welcoming.

Everything was really good, so I do not have much to say here. The only issue I found, since I reached it on foot, was that the access to the B&B is through a road without footpath. However, this is only for the last 20 metres (or so) and the road is not busy at all, so it felt quite safe anyway.

Everything was perfect! We had two rooms for our family of 5 and both rooms were spotlessly clean and had very comfortable beds. There is a beautiful view from the house and it is a lovely, short walk to the old town. Breakfast was exceptional! A lot of delicious, HOMEMADE food made with love. We would like to come back to explore more! This was the best stay of our Italy trip!!

Accommodation was exceptionally clean, the view was incredible and the city centre is only a 15 minute walk. The lady that welcomed us was lovely and genuinely helpful. She made sure we had everything. For breakfast, she prepared homemade pies, all of which were great! 11/10 any day.

Exceptional views with a short walk to the town below. My host Luisa provided useful information about the town (including how to install the app) and even provided a home-baked breakfast! Would very much recommend to anyone looking for accommodation here.

Only minor issue was the sink drain in the bathroom did not pop back up, but really not major.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The guesthouse is rather small with just three rooms, so the atmosphere there is very warm and relaxing. The house is in a very quiet place, surrounded by a garden with beatiful views. Despite hot summer days, the room was pleasantly cold. It's very close to the picturesque centre of Rovereto.

This was one of the nicest places we’ve stayed at on our almost 8 week European trip: The room is very comfortable and clean and welcoming. The hostess was lovely and provided a wonderful breakfast complete with homemade bread and cakes. The view is lovely and it is only a short walk to the old town centre. There was a washing machine and detergent which is very helpful on a long trip, and not all places have them.

We were fully satisfyed. We have read ratings of this house and we found all, what we expected, even more. We were allowed by Luisa to park in the yeard for short time for visiting the center of the town. Thank you, Luisa, very well!

Great breakfast, nice position just outside the city center in a quiet place with a great view, but just 10 mins walking to the central area. Private parking for the car. Helpful and kind staff

Honestly everything was great. We stayed there just for one night and the pricing/value ratio was great.

Everything was perfect from service to the breakfast outside (with delicious cake). Stunning view over Rovereto. Even the rooms were very cool during day and night, althought it was 37 degrees outside!
