Our stay at this hotel was a highlight of our trip. Although it was just for two nights, everything was perfect. Our room had a balcony with panoramic mountain views that were worth the price alone. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean, and the atmosphere was so peaceful. The staff at check-in were also very welcoming and helpful. It's an ideal base for exploring the area or simply relaxing. The breakfast is excellent. Parking right in front of the hotel. We would not hesitate to book here again.

This has nothing to do with the Hotel, but Google Maps will direct you one street up, not to the hotel's parking, so make sure to correct the navigation if visiting.

Quite exceptional accommodation. Very clean and spacious, quiet location, comfy bed. Even provide free access to laundry. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Have their own restaurant which was not just convenient but also excellent service and food. It was a pity that we did not have wifi access as it spoiled a great place to stay.

No wifi access during our entire stay (two days). This created real issues for us as it was needed for both personal and business reasons. So it put a real ‘downer’ on what in all other respects is a wonderful place to stay.

A beautiful building -- a lovely balance of older wood charm and a contemporary feeling of space and clean design. The staff was warm and helpful, even with the language barrier. The food was a suprise. It was one of the best breakfasts I've had in a while and plenty of options for dinner at the restaurant. They have locked storage for skis and bikes and a large tent for garden seating. I was a solo bike packer and they made me feel right at home. I've put this on my list of places to visit again.

Nothing comes to mind. A beam in the shower made it feel a little tight, but there isn't much you can do with a structural beam.

The hotel has a charming traditional exterior and is located in a quiet yet central area of London, making it easy to explore the city. The check-in process was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the strong Wi-Fi connection.

The room was quite small and the furnishings were dated. The mattress was a bit firm and the bathroom could use some maintenance, especially the shower water pressure. Soundproofing was minimal, so noise from the corridor could be heard clearly.

Everything! Friendly and welcoming staff, beautiful location with a big parking, spacious rooms with an amazing view on the mountains. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and the hotel has a lot of "cachet" - beautifully constructed. They have a restaurant where you can try local Trentino cuisine and tasty grappa! The food is excellent and has good value. The breakfast was huge and they also serve you freshly made orange juice and omelets. I can't think of another place I've been where I got such value for money.

We didn't expect a full-on hotel and it was a delightful surprise. The building is spacious and well maintained, the staff were all very nice, and the breakfast was especially lovely with an additional menu of food you can order for free (like fries eggs, or crepes). The laundry was also great.

We didn't fully fancy the "one bed, two separate mattresses" approach, one of us kept falling in during the night.

My stay here was very brief so I didn't get to experience the place fully, which I was sad about - pulling up in the driveway, the first view of the place is amazing, beautiful property! I arrived close to 8pm, but gave notice and was still able to check in. I booked the cheaper room, but was again pleasantly surprised when I saw the size of the room, and how comfortable it was - great value for money. I was sad I left too early for the breakfast, but the dining room did look lovely. Excellent location in a cute valley village. Would love to go back and stay longer!

Lovely old traditional building restored with care and taste. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was fantastic. A bonus was the restaurant in the building which serve delicious local dishes and pizza.

Many staff do not speak other than Italian.... Restaurant opens at 6pm !, so you cant't eat until then.

Very nice accommodation, large rooms, and clean. The breakfast was nice.

The third bed was placed in a less comfortable place, but it was ok in the end. We had a triple room.
