Everything was very clean, new and felt hygienic, the staff was always cheerful and friendly, the room was a nice size, the pool was beautiful and clean (and was bigger than in the pictures), the breakfast had good service and it was nice to eat it on the beautiful terrace. The yard had great views of the mountains and parking spaces were easily available. In addition, we arrived late at night, but despite that we were able to conveniently arrange the keys so that we could get into the room already at night. Also, I highly recommend that you have a car available when choosing this accommodation.

The negative things were very small and did not significantly affect the experience. One thing was the size of the beds, if you are a bit taller (e.g. over 185cm), then the beds are quite short. I am 195 cm and my legs came well over the bed. Another thing to mention is the somewhat inconvenient check-out time (ends at 10:00 a.m.), so we had to rush after the breakfast. As a suggestion to the staff, to increase the check-out time to even 11:00, so there would be an hour after breakfast to check out. Even that would make a significant difference.

Absolutely beautiful setting, it felt completely idyllic by surrounded beautiful views of the mountains. It’s a little oasis, in that you have that blissful feeling like you’re in the middle of nowhere but it’s actually really well located 5 minutes walk from supermarkets and not too much further to get into Riva. Really well set up for families and the pool was lovely. The apartments are well equipped, modern, well maintained and immaculately clean. They were also generously sized. Thank you so much for a lovely holiday!

There was nothing we didn’t like and we’d definitely stay again.

It is a lovely place. In the country but right next to Siena. Restaurant was quite good. Grounds are beautiful. Staff is helpful. I would fully recommend. I had only 1 complaint, the breakfast. For a place that talks about a farm to table dining experience at the restaurant, the breakfast was surprisingly poor. Industrially cranked out, processed shelf stable foods including granolas and baked goods. Unripe fruit. Not your typical Euro breakfast at all. I’d still go back but I would pay $10 a day per person more for some higher quality breakfast options.

Personnel was welcoming and accommodating, the breakfast was delicious, the pool, although not big, was very nice with some jets and stuff like that, there was a spacious parking outside and in the garage. It was a bit of a walk to the city center and the lake, but it was quiet and near an amazing grocery store. With the stay we got "guest card" which saved us a few euros on local tourist attractions

The room was quite small and lacked some kind of wardrobe or dresser to put your stuff away. Pillows were not that comfortable

We stayed 5 nights in this beautiful place. we were with our 2 kids (4 and 8) and the apartment was vary spacious. we loved the feeling of safety that the kids could go in and out of the room as the place is surrounded by a fence. The ladies running this place are super nice and accommodating - just the kind of people you would like to meet when you travel. We would be happy to come back.

The hospitality of the owners, the building, the garden, the swimming pool, and the atmosphere of Borgo San Nazarro is an amazing experience. Great place for families, couples, cyclists, hikers, bikers, sport lovers, and people who just want to rest. The location is very good, 25 minutes leisurely walk to the heart of Riva del Garda.

Very beautiful accommodation environment. Beautiful pool. We felt comfortable there. Garage parking was available.

Very bad transport to the city centre. Although the bus stops are next to the accommodation facility, the buses run sporadically. Bus lines number 1 and 2, which go to the center and are free for tourists after registration, are located completely off the route.

The ladies running the hotel were lovely, so friendly. The room and hotel was spotless. There was a lovely garden and the pool looks very small in the photos but actually is a good size and perfect for children to play in with shallow areas. There is a table tennis table and lots of space for children to run around.

My only negative is that the beds and pillows were quite hard.

The view! The appartment size was great. The staff was very nice and helpful!

The kitchen could have been more equipped

It is a family-run hotel and the owners take good care of you and are very friendly. The hotel is having a beautiful garden with an amazing pool. A view form our room was absolutely stunning, having mountain and valley view. It is family friendly hotel that is still in walking distance from the town center of Riva del Garda, approx. 15 min.
