We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation! The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making my experience even better. The location was quiet and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The apartments were spacious, with a lovely balcony that offered a great view. Additionally, there was safe storage for bicycles, complete with cleaning facilities, which was a huge plus for us. One of the highlights was the swimming pool, which remained open even though it was off-season. The only small downside was that the shower stall was a bit smaller compared to the size of the apartment. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and accommodating stay!

We had a great staff member who was very energetic and helpful and did a personal favor to our group that we are very grateful for. Thanks a lot! It was very clean (also the pool), I liked the view and the apartment itself was very nice. I would definitely consider going back to Residence Segattini!

I think this was the only confusion for us that the morning bread was not inclusive as we first understood. The location is a bit further from the city center/lake but you can get a free bike or walk.

Beautiful surroundings close to hikes and still close to Riva del Garda and the lake, which was reached easily thanks to the free bikes and the cycling trail through the beautiful landscape. Relaxed atmosphere and very helpful host made it such a pleasant and easy stay.

Basic stuff like salt/pepper dish soap and brush is not provided. Not a problem as such but nice to know.

Convenient location for trips, large swimming pool with mountain view, city bikes and tennis for free, possibility of bread delivery. Very friendly staff. We enjoyed our holiday very much. Thank you!

Too soft beds for our backs

Great location, nice playground. The staff was really friendly and our children could play football near the accommodation. We were playing tennis. We also appreciated, that we could lock our bicycles.

Loved the communal spaces, the pool, table tennis, tennis, bar etc. Lovely hosts. Great to be able to use the bikes free of charge. Great location with wonderful views. Spacious living area.

Being near the road was a bit noisy in the morning at rush hour but other rooms facing away from the road would be quieter.

Perfect pool, very clean and cozy surroundings, spacious apartments, pet friendly, free bikes (beautiful and easy bike trail to the lake), nice location, tennis court free, and very kind, helpful and friendly host Cristiano. we had a great time! thank you🙌

Squeaky bunk beds. No basic stuff in kitchen - like peper/ salt / spounge etc. More plates would be nice as well. Remember to bring something for mosquitoes :) !

So beautiful views to the mountains from the balcony and the pool. The hospitality of the staff was so warm and nice and they made sure that everything is Ok for you. Everything, the hotel, the apartment and the pool area was very nice and clean. We definitely would like to come back here someday.
