Was a lovely little room very clean and tidy. The staff in the morning were very helpful and worked so hard. Breakfast was lovely and if something wasn't available they got it straight away for you. I wish we had tried an evening meal as the view was amazing but we were travelling for work so didn't have the time.

It was very humid so could have done with air conditioning but the fan was better than nothing. As we arrived late and couldn't find our room could do with a few more signs showing directions of rooms,

Lovely scenic location, room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was lovely every day and the restaurant served great food.

It’s probably a 45 minute walk down to the centre of riva not too bad on the way there depending on the route you take but I would recommend a mode of transport coming back as it’s quite the ascent, but this is a worthy trade off for the stunning views.

No air conditioning in the rooms and poor wifi if you are in the separate building block. Parking can be dangerous and awkward due to location of the hotel being on a sharp bend. Was noisey due to being in middle of sharp bend

View outstanding from balcony and the restaurant/bar. Rooms good and location meant that temperature for sleeping OK even with the elevated temperatures. People very friendly and helpful. Good location for all the mountains and smaller lakes other than Garda. Pool good.

We had really beautiful and relaxing trip. The room had amazing view and was very clean. The owner and the team were very nice. The bed was also comfortable. Everything was perfect. Thank you ❤️

Lovely view from the room. Everything super clean and tidy. Owners are very friendly and informative and the walk in to Riva centre (approx 30 minutes) is very nice in the morning.

Very big room with balcony. Biggest plus in this hotel is pool with view to mountain and Riva del Garda city. In this hotel is very friendly staff. Parking is free and don't need reservations and parking is lot of places for your car. One of best place inside in this hotel is restaurant, prices in is very friendly and foods quality is very good. The breakfast is delicious, and a very large selection.

Rooms be very dark, need more light in spaces. Air conditioner system not work good and at night rooms be warm.

Nothing. Cant walk anywhere from here (need vehicle) but that wasn't a problem for us.

location, view down the valley and over lake Garda, swimming pool, relaxed atmosphere, great mattresses: we slept very well.

The room we were given had no balcony and was dark; OK though for just a good night sleep.

There was a bit of a musty smell, or perhaps a dog had an accident there :). English menu was missing in restaurant.
