The staff Daniel was fantastic. I booked the hotel late, at 8:30pm. Luckily he saw the booking just before he left the place at 10pm. He called me to make arrangement on how to collect the key for us to enter (otherwise we would have no place to stay!). He was so friendly and helpful, provided us with the information we needed and answered all my queries. He welcomed us with the warmest welcome and lovely personality. The breakfast that wass prepared for us: Oh my goodness! It was simple but so so so so so GOOD! We felt so so contented. He and his colleague were simply lovely. It was so memorably homely and welcomed. Wished we had longer stay with such hospitality. The premise has a breathtaking view.

Breakfast and the restaurant were wonderful! The mini playground on site was really great for our toddler.

The beds are all twins, so if you're sharing with your partner it will be two twins pushed together and there's a ridge in the middle that makes snuggles pretty uncomfortable. No fridge or AC in room. Shower is cramped. Staff was accommodating but not exactly "happy to help"

The hotel has a view down to Riva del garda it is located directly next to a small village and a lot of trails. We booked the hotel for 1 night only , but then liked it so much that we had the luck to stay another 2 nights there. The food in the restaurant is amazing, with more than reasonable prices. This is our number one location on lake Garda

The host was wonderful, very forthcoming and good-natured. The restaurant in the place is very good, very tasty and with nice people. The town is cute, cool to see the ancient buildings. The room was good, comfortable bed, clean bathroom although a bit small and a nice view to the castle. The breakfast was good, you can eat indoors or out. Good for one night stay in between the milan/verona and the dolomites. Good parking in the place.

Not much to do around the hotel

The breakfast was very nice with really nice quality of the food. The staff was always helpful with us. It is totally worth it as the hotel is family business and totally will recommend their place and restaurant. The location was outstanding.

The bed mattress, no heatin.

Was upgraded to the exact room in the photo free of charge!!! Very friendly family run business, breakfast was great and so was dinner! room was dated but added to the whole country side experience, slept well, room was cleaned daily, public bus stop 40meters away although it dose not run often

The staff were absolutely amazing. The book that was given by us written by one of the staff was very useful and great to have. I wish more hotels did this! The food was phenomenal. Perfect breakfast

No a/c. We came in summer and it was very hot. There was a fan and we left the window open but the noise from the street was extremely loud

The view is to die for, unfortunately my husband doesn't like driving on roads that have heights. Family owned hotel, everyone was friendly. Great drinks in the small bar, clean modern room with balcony looking over the valley. And an incredible view of the castle beside the hotel. Great food in the restaurant, huge salads.

Nothing with the hotel. The ride up 1400 feet was a bit stressful and waze was not very accurate with directions.

Friendly and professional service (unbureaucratic extension of my stay), spectacular location close to Tenno castle overlooking mountain range, breakfast included and nice room and balcony - all adding up to short but nice stay in breathtaking scenery

Having a room with the balcony looking over the medieval castle was amazing!! Such a beautiful place. Family run hotel which made it feel even more special. Fabulous food!!
