The breakfast was very hearty and delicious. The hotel also provided us with a Garda Guest Card which allowed us to use the public transportation throughout for free and we received several discounts for some services. The location is also pretty close to the centre and can be reached also with a bus stop which is directly at the hotel. The rooms were super clean but very basic. The bathroom and the shower cabins were really small and it was a struggle for someone tall and big. Otherwise everything was top-notch.

We arrived just around 8pm, the receptionist was super-friendly and gave us a great restaurant recommendation just a couple hundred meters down the street, we had an enormous terrace/balcony in our Room which was very nice, everything went smooth they provided me with a company invoice when doing the check-out in the morning. Free Parking on the premise. Dog - friendly only 10€ upcharge for the dog in the room.

Not much too dislike here for the price I paid I am basically completely satisfied, I guess you could argue that the furniture and bathrooom are a little bit older but everything was clean. Beer in the Bar was a little expensive brought our own from Prague and enjoyed it on the terrace. A bummer the house Pizzeria wasnt open but they gave us a great recommendation anyways.

It is really nice and good hotel to stay in Riva. Standard Room was not giant, but there was enough space. Beds were comfortable, room had a small balcony, mini fridge to keep drinks cold, so basically all that you need. Breakfasts were very good, satisfying variety of food, both hot and cold, pastries, beverages and other. There was a swimming pool, but unfortunately it was too cold to use it (in May), I don't think it was even open yet at that time. Staff was very friendly, I had a chance to speak with a few people asking out tourist stuff. Remember to get Mio Trentino Guest Card! This will provide many benefits, including free public transport in Trentino area, museum discounts and so on, I regret being told about it too late during our stay.

Location is not perfect. You may think that it looks close to city centre, when looking at map, but reality is that it is quite a long distance if walking by foot. Our balcony was facing main street and it was a little too noisy in the evening/at night due to driving cars.

Clean rooms, enough parking space and heating working accordingly. The hotel is kid-friendly which is a plus for me. Pizzeria and Bar next to the hotel was a good surprise.

It's not that I didn't like but they have only one lift - so the checkout was bit delayed. I understand the hotel was packed for the holidays, so there is also that.

Lovely staff and very clean rooms and communal areas. You're surrounded by mountains and the lake is a brilliant place to chill.

Beds are hard and the air conditioning isn't cool enough. It is a good 20min walk into the center, not a problem for us, but some people may struggle if they have mobility problems.

We liked everything about Hotel Rudy. It's easy to find after a long drive and had plenty of free parking. The room had a view of the mountains and was perfectly comfortable and clean. The breakfast was very good with plenty of choice in a pleasant room - and it was included in the price which is rare these days. And it was great value. We would wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Rudy

Hotel Rudy accomodated us at the last minute and the were so nice and helpfull! Welcome at the reception was so profesional and heartwarming😁 The room was clean, neat and we had more than enough towels and space. Now for the best bar experience ever! Alesandro - menager of the bar hotel Rudy was PERFECT! His cocktails are magnificent, tasty and so pretty to just look at! This was the best experienece we ever had at the bar, so easygoing, so nice, profesional and the whole experience just felt like home. ❤️ Thank you Alesandro❤️

Very friendly and coöperative personal, Nice quiet room with beautifull view towards the mountains. housekeeping is very nice and our room was daily cleaned with new fresh towels and sheets on the bed. Very rich and delicious breakfast with a lot of choice including all kinds of fruit. I definitely recommend this hotel, we had a lovely Honeymoon.

The bed was too hard for me so I didn't sleep very well

Great facilities. All ammenities. Good bedroom, good location - it is not in downtown Riva, but I did not want that. Walking distance to town and to neighbor town Arco (you should go there btw).

We liked everything. Hotel staff was very welcoming and kind. Good rooms with big balcony and good views. Very good breakfast. Close to center, you can rent a bike from hotel for a cheap price or go buy foot. Thank you!
