Its road to enter, it is too small, bed room furniture needs to upgrade like hotels style, no break fast choice and small cafe is available with very limited choices

We are a group of optimist sailors coming for regatta in March,we had a comfortable apartment with all equipment and spacious parking, also the stuff is very kind.

Amazing views and not very far from the city center. Good for the group.

The evening we checked in we found the washroom lock was not working. It was fixed next morning after the whole group had used it (~10:30). And for another morning hot water was not working.

Nothing; the location is not in Riva city center and this is the beauty

The location is remarkable., beautiful area, amazing landscape all around. The hotel is very family friendly. The staff was doing their best to help out. They offer free bicycles rides and the guidance how to enjoy the beautiful surrounding trails to lake Garda or the villages around.

The beds were quite horrible, and the pillows were even worse. While it is a very nice apartment, many small details are missing: from slat in the kitchen to extremely bad lightning. It's a pity, cause the place is beautiful, but given the extremely high price (we took the separate luxurious apartments) the value for money is not the best. Something that could easily be fixed by giving attention to the small details that sometime makes the difference.

Lovely room, enough room for up to 4 people if you’re okay sharing beds! Had such a cute balcony with a great view and good facilities in the room like a kitchen with a big fridge, dishwasher, everything you need to make and serve your own food; as well as a spacious bathroom with a decent shower, and extra pillows and blankets, which was great when it got a little chilly outside. The staff were also very helpful and friendly!

It is tiring to access if you don’t have a car. Buses run to near the property but I didn’t see many outside of the main town area which is a 25 minute walk. This place is also very family oriented and there were quite a few families with young kids, as a result we had to swim around kids playing in the main pool, and were shushed for having a conversation on our balcony at night. As 3 girls in our early 20s this dampened the fun a bit, and yeah after spending our days walking around it was tiring to walk another half an hour back to the room.

There was a warm pool with an amazing view to the mountains. The view from the balcony was to the mountains. There was no problems with parking. The centre of the city was 2km away.

We don’t like the big trash bins 🚮 in the room. And they told us to take out the garbage!!! There was no oven. Extra fees for towels and duvets.

Immaculately clean in all areas. Amazing facilities for children, water playground, outdoor playground, trampoline, play area with books and toys. Very friendly staff, so helpful and kind. BBQ and outdoor eating area which is available whenever you would like. Small bar area which serves excellent Aperol Spritz and coffee :) We will definitely be back!

We didn’t mind and we knew before coming, but it is a fair walk to the lake/main town. BUT this does mean that the hotel is very quiet and peaceful which we loved.
