We are a group of optimist sailors coming for regatta in March,we had a comfortable apartment with all equipment and spacious parking, also the stuff is very kind.

There was a warm pool with an amazing view to the mountains. The view from the balcony was to the mountains. There was no problems with parking. The centre of the city was 2km away.

We don’t like the big trash bins 🚮 in the room. And they told us to take out the garbage!!! There was no oven. Extra fees for towels and duvets.

Immaculately clean in all areas. Amazing facilities for children, water playground, outdoor playground, trampoline, play area with books and toys. Very friendly staff, so helpful and kind. BBQ and outdoor eating area which is available whenever you would like. Small bar area which serves excellent Aperol Spritz and coffee :) We will definitely be back!

We didn’t mind and we knew before coming, but it is a fair walk to the lake/main town. BUT this does mean that the hotel is very quiet and peaceful which we loved.

Lovely rural location, big rooms and great pool area with other activities for kids. Also good to have bike access. The owners were always helpful and accommodating

The air con wasn't overly strong

Perfect facilities, helpful staff, cleanliness, safety, convenient location, beautiful views ... in short, good value for money. I can highly recommend Residence Filanda.

The kitchen lacks basic cooking supplies like oil, salt, and pepper, which would have been helpful to have upon arrival. You need to purchase everything yourself, which can be inconvenient if you're planning to cook meals right away.

Location is perfect for bike trips, close to the Arco for climbing and via Ferrata trips. Residence Filanda is owned by fantastic, friendly family. Accommodation is comfortable, clean, space for parking and garage for leaving your bikes.

Very roomy and clean apartment in villa house. Heated swimming pool directly in terrasse. Modern and comfortable equipment, two bathrooms. So everything what you need for yourself and your friends

Free bike storage in the basement, it’s locked at night untill early morning, people still bring their own bike locks. The owner/people at the reception were very responsive before our arrival.

Extra charge for bed linens, bed was kinda old and for a couple with two matresses. The linens that you pay for is just a light bed cover/blanket and a sheet. There was no duvet at the time. It was not a deal braker, I’m just pointing it out.

We loved the pool, the water park, all the toys for the kids to play on. The free bike hire was amazing. It was a short and beautiful ride into town and to the lake. The kids either went on the back or our eldest rode herself on one of the little bikes. We had some great bbqs. Everything about it was amazing. The staff were so nice and helpful! I would HIGHLY recommend this place to any families. Riva del Garda has something for everyone, lots of activities, culture and great food, atmosphere at a reasonable price!! We would love to come back with our extended family so that we can get an apartment each and enjoy the place together. There is a lot more to explore.
