Great location, free parking, dog friendly. I had a balcony which was a plus and had a mountain view. Room was on 1st floor which was very handy to go out for walks with my fury baby. Great breakfast, lots of gluten free and dairy free options. Staff was very nice and spoke good English. Dinner was amazing, menu has a wide choice for everyone. Local wine is brilliant (Merlot). Good price value.

I could have used a bit bigger room as I had a dog and there was not much floor space next to the bed for him. Room was a bit noisy as there were little children next door, sound proofing is not the best (room 101) but I can not fault anything else. I will definitely return and book a bigger room.

Breakfast was excellent, there were so many items to chose from, it would be difficult to name them everything was fresh and tasty. Room was perfectly clean and modern. Hotel has large private parking place just in front of it. ten minutes walk, there are some fast foods open till late evening if you miss the dinner or need a quick snack.

Hotel is next to quite busy road, so rooms facing the street are bit noisy when windows are open (though silent when closed). Location is approx 30-40 minutes walk from city center so if you want to have a drink in bar, get ready for some walk.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, offering plenty of attractions for children, including a pool and inflatable play areas. The rooms were spacious and clean, with daily housekeeping services. One of the highlights was the ability to rent bicycles, which added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, catering to different tastes. Most importantly, the staff was amazing—helpful, friendly, and always smiling. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

The view from the hotel on mountains was fantastic. There was free parking in front of the hotel. A few minutes to the city center by car or there are bikes available as there a lot of bike routes available nearby. The room was very clean and tidy up every day. Breakfast was good and there were variety things to choose. There was also the area for kids. The staff was very helpful.

Breakfast was pretty good with a large variety of sweets. Personnel was also very friendly and helpful. We did expect our quadruple room to be slightly larger but was okay in the end. The room was recently renovated and provided all needed. Parking is large since the large spot across the street also belongs to the hotel. However, even if our stay was during the off season (end October) both parking spots were almost full at arrival, but then we came on a Saturday evening when many locals enjoyed their dinner at the hotel's restaurant. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to try the other hotel amenities.

Inflatabale playground for the kids with an amazing panoramic view, and generally the hotel is super kids friendly. The staff were very kind, polite and informative. We enjoyed having conversations with them. Roberto and Eliana (sorry if mis-spelled), were the best!! Breakfast was good and colorful although there were too many carbs than vegetables (the only vegetable served was tomato). We will come back for sure!!

Location is a bit far (for walking (40-60 min) with little children) from the center/lake. Better take the bycicles (10-20 min to the center) which the hotel gives you for free renting. The hotel pool was too cold for us :( In dinner: The staff could serve free water at least for the hotel guests for it's the same exact water served in breakfast. Having said that the dinner was pretty good, although expensive.

The breakfast coffee was available, but really bad. Otherwise, breakfast was good enough.

Parking was confusing. There was a very tiny parking lot with people usually parking in ridiculous ways. But there was a large overflow lot directly across the street that apparently was also available to hotel guests. But we only found out about that as we were leaving.

Breakfast is outstanding. Loads of options and kept fully stocked all the time. Good mixture of guests. Different nationalities, families, couples etc. Plenty of facilities including pool, table tennis, trampolines…

Booked a family room with three beds, but room wasn’t set up that way. Reception couldn’t resolve it until the next day. Parking outside the hotel gets over full. The hotel owns the parking opposite but you only find that out if you ask. Due to the location, having a car is important, so the fact there is plenty of parking should be better advertised.

Smooth check-in and check-out. Rooms are clear and perfect for one night stay. Breakfast is simple, but with a lot of options to choose from. Though we didn't use the private area with the pool and chill zone, it seemed to be promissing for those who plan to stay longer.

If you plan to walk from the hotel to the lake every day, you should be prepared to spend around 1.5-2 hours for a round-trip. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

It is a very beautiful and pleasant place; there’s only positive things to say about it. We had a wonderful time. The vibrations and energy are great, as it is a blessed place nestled in the mountains—I can only recommend it.

I have no negative thoughts; if I were to write something negative, the universe wouldn’t know where to put it—it’s an amazing place.
