Super friendly staff. Free indoor and outdoor pools. Peaceful location (20 min walking from the centre) with free parking. Mini fridge and a lot of storage space in the room. Big balcony.

The room had a funny smell and it took a few days of airing to get it out. The hair dryer did not work in the room (it looked super old). No kettle or glasses in the room. Breakfast variety could be better.

Comfortable, clean & the staff are very friendly. The area is beautiful & only a short walk to the lake, near many restaurants & shops. The bed was very comfortable & the room was nice and cool in the hot weather.

Some of the other residents staying in the hotel kept couldn’t seem to close their doors quietly even though it is sign posted to close the doors quietly. So it’s only a minor issue

Amazing mountain and field views from the terrace and pool, good bar and snacks, lovely pool, nicely done room with decent space and good shower. Location quiet so in general good if you don't mind a bit of a walk into town. Overall a brilliant stay, wish we had stayed for longer.

WiFi was free but didn't work brilliantly, indoor pool empty and 3 pin plus in bedroom didn't accept the standard 2 pin European adaptor for some reason which has worked in other hotels on this trip.

Nice and quiet hotel. Rooms soundproof. A little bit away from all the buzz of Riva but not too far that it was inconvenient to get there. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

A lovely hotel witch is spotlessly clean with large rooms and a beautiful pool. In our 7 week tour of Europe, they provided the best breakfast !

Be aware that they have no evening restaurant, and they are outside of the town, so the nearest pizza place is 9 mins walk. We got a delivery....

This was by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. The people were absolutely wonderful throughout my stay. Everything about this hotel is actually perfect. The people are kind and thoughtful, the facilities are clean and accessible, and the location is beautiful; tucked away in a quiet area, but conveniently close to downtown. One of my favorite parts was the bikes you can rent for free! Just leave a deposit and pick it up when you return. The hotel is in a wonderful location because its an easy, flat, bike ride away from the quaint town of Arco, which is definitely worth a visit. I really hope to return here in the future and see everyone again. Thank you for a lovely time in Riva!!

Room and pool were amazing. Room was clean, spacious, bright and really modern, felt special to stay here.

Breakfast was not clearly explained so a bit confusing on first day.

One of the available hotels in Riva del Garda and gladly nearest to the event venue for my work related business trip. The place is wonderful.

The pool was very nice and the area. Some of the staff were very helpful

We were a group of people and missed not having a bar with some selection and open until 10pm. Few bars nearby. (The hotel has a small bar open until 8.30) We rented an expensive bike that we were told to watch at all times. Not a solid storage for bikes and not able to charge many electric bikes in the facilities offered. Was disappointing because I asked about locked bike storage before I arrived
