Great breakfasts, very nice host, perfect location, parking, lot of space, high ceiling & lots of air, window with most beautiful view, small fridge in the room. I will definitely stay again when in Garda. Close to the bus station too!

Just a small thing to make the whole apartment sublime - it would be very nice if not only the bedsheets and towels were washed but also the blanket on the bed and the decorative pillows, at least from time to time. They smelled after the previous guests.

All in all, this is a really nice hotel. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the city center. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Always concerned in maximising the customer's experience. The breakfast is a kill. Very nicely stocked buffet to start the day on the right side. Quite conveniently, it runs from 7:30 to 10:30, so pretty nice for early birds as well as for big sleepers. The property and rooms are neat and clean. I would certainly stay in that hotel the next time I am in beautiful Riva del Garda.

I was a little bit disappointed by the following: 1/ lighting of the room is a bit too low. only a LED ribbon on top of the bed 2/ ceiling in the bathroom (and in the shower) a little bit too low (but I'm 1.9 m tall) 3/ shower a little bit too narrow (looks like 60cm per side) 4/ parking lot might be crowded. you better come with a small car than a big suv. nonetheless this is still a big plus of the hotel from my point of view.

Very friendly and accommodating owners. The room is not big but well thought over. Everything is very clean. Within the walking distance to the historic center of Riva del Garda. The parking is not big but it’s possible to park even a long vehicle.

The location is great, just 5 minutes away from the city center. The breakfast selection is poor, and there are no vegetables available. Very small parking, it was a challange to park. All in all, the holiday was good.

This was my second stay in this hotel and again it was a perfect one. I chose it because of great location, few minutes walk from the center, great breakfasts and very kind and helpful owners. Breakfasts are very tasty with a variety of products. Separate story is coffe served for breakfasts, which quality is comparable to served in restaurants, if kot higher. Rooms are spacoius with a modern furniture. Villa Maria will be my first choice for stay when I visit Riva del Garda again.

The room was well appointed, clean and tidy.

I found the bed a bit too soft for my preference. The option for a firm pillow would be great.

It was super clean and we got the room cleaned up every day. Also, it was 10 mins walk to the center and very close to the lake as well.

We stayed for a week and it was great, it’s a family owned property which means the benefit of them really caring about your stay, everyone was very accommodating with all our requests. Location is amazing. Definitely recommend staying here!

Good location near to riva but not too close. Free car parking. Super clean and really good hosts. Good rooms with good storage lots of plug points and good sized bathroom.

Would have liked coffee making facilities in the room. Bit more choice at breakfast.

We booked a room and instead they gave us a brand new one bedroom apartment. It was super great also with remote control for garage underneath. This was super fantastic . These are not people but angels from heaven . We felt so safe there. Everything was perfect. Great breakfast. We use to have breakfast in the hotel next door. Also got great views from the balcony.

I could not find any faults during our stay. I only wished I stay longer. Well done Villa Maria and God Bless you. . Many thanks.
