10 minute walk to the city center, 15-20 minutes to the train station and about 20 minutes to the lake. Considering the high prices in Riva del Garda, it is a good option. A nice little Villa, with beautiful rooms and nice breakfast/breakfast area. You can also get the tourist card, which is great and will save you some money when visiting attractions/using the boat service.

There are some bikes to be rented for free, which is very nice, however all of them are i need of repair.

Close to the cape, but in a quiet place. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, spacious room, parking possible, we got a baby bed.

We could barely take a shower because the water didn't drain.

Staff were so helpful and easy to deal with. Breakfast was substantial and of great quality. We travelled by motorcycle, so the secure parking was a bonus. 5 minute walk to the centre

Great hotel with mountain views. Excellent location: in a few minutes on foot you will reach the center. The owner is kind, friendly and polite, always ready to solve problems. Very clean rooms. The bathroom with shower was clean and equipped with hair dryer and shower shampoo. The breakfast is simple with a good range of sweet and savory items. We will definitely come back here on our next vacation.

Hair dryer and aircon didn't work. Attic gets hot. Easy to bump head on rafters.

Comfy room not too far from the town of Riva del Garda, shops, cafes etc all within a short walking distance. Great view out the window, bed was comfy, room was clean & the staff friendly.

We stayed at over 15 properties in Italy during our road trip, and this was by far the best experience. The host is very kind, the room is lovely, and the breakfast is extremely generous. A 10/10 experience.

We liked the property a lot! Andrea was very nice and kind with us. The location is very good, really close to the center, 10 minutes walk and in less than 5 minutes you can get by the car in the mountains. We had a very nice staying overall.

The beds were a bit uncomfortable for us, but is hard to find a better bed than the one you're used to 😁.

clean hotel, friendly staff, good size room with balcony, comfortable bed, good shower, underground parking was offered for my motorcycle. short walk into Riva. Buffet breakfast available.

Room it's quite small, and bathroom really big. The other way around have been better. No space to open the luggage.
