Good location, close to the lake-about 20 minutes walk to the beach, underground parking, the apartment is comfortable for a family with children. Kitchen area with teapot , microwave, cooking surface and a small drip coffee maker. The balcony with a beautiful view. With windows closed it is quiet.

Breakfast was good but too poor for its price. There is no dishwasher in the apartment. You can wash your clothes in the hotel washing machine but you have to pay for this. In my opinion the apartment was not enough clean- I didn’t like the dust under the beds. Moreover the hotels’ rule is to wash all the dishes before check-off. So some dishes were not enough clean when we check-in and we needed to wash them before using. It is a bit uncomfortably… If you have an apartment with mountains view then you have the road and a small parking under your balcony. In the morning and in the evening it is not enough quiet…

Excellent location, 15 minutes walk from the lake and about 25 minutes from Riva old town with plenty of restaurants between and an excellent restaurant 250m away. Staff were great in all departments. Lovely breakfast room and terrace with good choices. Pool area lovely. The hotel is totally geared up for cyclists with secure storage, maintenance station, bike washing facilities. Good parking (free) for cars on site.

Pero overall masaya and relax kami sa hotel. Overall we're happy and relax in the hotel.

To keep my story short, I just have to say that everything was perfect 👌 The hotel is wonderful, located i a less busy street. The car could be parked under the hotel and there were city-bikes available. Awesome! I had a nice room with a wonderful view over the pool and the mountains. The staff was very friendly. Everyone was helpful. A special thanks to Gabriella. Every morning, we had a nice conversation. She gave me a lot of advice and suggestions for things to do, and she made me feel very welcome 🙏 For breakfast, there was plenty of choice, always fresh. Incredible 👏 Truly an amazing hotel. The suite was very spacious, bright and comfortable. The multilingual staff was really helpful and friendly. Amazing views and many places to explore in the area. We had a wonderful stay.

It is a eco hotel, but we thought the airco did not work great or we did something wrong.

We spent there just two nights but was super nice: - not that crowded like in hotels in the center, was cosy and quiet (privately), - we could park in the garage - breakfast was just excelent! - room very clean

- that swimming pool was open just till 19:00, could be till 21/22
