Not all the rooms have been renovated.The room we were given was not on the valley side but on the road side, which was loud. Also the decoration was from another era, not matching with the pictures available on Booking. The room was fine and clean but considering the points mentioned above, a bit pricey.

I have tried too many hotels throughout my life, but this is definitely one of the best. The rooms are super clean and spacious, the location of the hotel is nice as well its 5 minutes away from a decent city center. The variety of the Breakfast was a a huge plus. The staff took our stay to a whole new level. It was just the perfect vacation.

Truly exceptional stay! The whole team is very caring and takes so much attention to details. Reception, housekeeping, restaurant, sauna and spa employees- big thank you all to making our stay so memorable! The whole property including rooms, swimming pools, gym, restaurant is just VERY beautiful, modern and so aesthetically made! The food and cocktails are delicious. Thank you once again Somvita Team! We enjoyed every minute and can’t wait to come back one day! :)

The room was very good size and the owners were extremely kind. Somvita is nicely located with a short drive to the inner Merano city. The breakfast is amazing with a great buffet style.

Not major dislikes at all. I am not a supporter of having electric charging facilities available but then asking your customers to pay for the charging. I think it is a small enough charge that will be covered by the room fees. It is never nice to pay additional fees at an accommodation.

Great facility and feel like staying home rather than a hotel.

staff should have charged me city tax while check-in rather than waiting until check out that caused inconvenience for both parties.

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was really good and there was a lovely view from the breakfast room. It was a pleasant stay.

I was expecting the room to be more modern and a bit cosier. It would have been nice to have had tea and coffee facilities in the room. The room was quite basic.

Really everyone from the staff and fellow guests were super friendly. The service is excellent and we really enjoyed the food and views from the rooftop pool.
