The hotel is a 3 star, I believe, and was excellent for this category of hotel. It was smart, the staff were friendly and helpful, the location was stunning, the swimming pool behind the hotel was lovely, it was very good (perhaps necessary) for there to be a restaurant as part of the hotel and we found the restaurant to be very good. Our double room was comfortable; everything worked; and the large balcony/ terrace overlooking the pool and mountains was a great bonus.

The air con in the room worked ok, but could have been a little better. The breakfast (10 euro ppn on top of the room rate) was ok: it was certainly adequate with enough variety to enable everyone to find something they could eat, but it definitely did not showcase local baking, local cheese, local fruit, local jams.

Hotel has a premium location on the lake, parking is fenced and big, room was clean and balcony is great with a lake and mountain views. Bed is comfy. Bathroom is of smaller size but everything works and it's efficient. Towels for bathing and beach are provided. Breakfast was delicious and enough. A/C works but it wasn't needed since evening and night temperatures get chilly. The scenery on the lake changes - in the morning there are people on sails because it's windy and in the afternoon kayak, sup and swimming since the lake gets super calm. Absolutely recommend both with kids or for a weekend getaway. We were there with a dog and everything is dog friendly, respectful and since our dog is a heavy swimmer she had the best times.

Kettle would be expected in the room considering the hotel rating and price.

Everything. This is a fantastic hotel. Most definitely above a 3 star. Modern, clean and with wonderful, friendly and helpful staff. Amazing views - it's situated on the lake and looks over the mountains. Great pizzeria which we ate at both nights. We didn't use the pool but it's a great facility. The room was certainly large enough, lots of storage, a great sized very modern bathroom. There was also a large balcony with sun loungers. What a perfect place to stay. We will definitely be coming back.

Nothing. Only a very, very minor suggestion would be to offer even more choice at breakfast eg more fresh fruit.

This is my 2nd time staying at the property. I booked a year in advance and it was still difficult to book the entire week in Undine. The owner Paolo was atthe front desk and very nice. The breakfast buffet was great and plentiful. The restaurant onsite is amazing and the best spot for dinner on the entire lake. The views were spectacular. I did not expect a spacious balcony deck with duo lounge chairs and umbrella. Air conditioning was a godsend as the temperature was 35C in mid July.

TV didn't work in our room but it was a minor inconvenience given the location and the view of the pool.

Pricey charging for the car, and some tips: we would have preferred an extra garbage bin in the room, a towel hook closer by the shower, and a drying rack for the swimwear and towels on the balcony. But we loved it, these are just things to make it more perfect. Thank you so much!

The hotel was in a very nice location and was also very easy to get to. The furnishings were very modern and new. It was also very clean and we were greeted very politely and all our questions were answered very well. The parking possibilities were more than generous as there was no extra charge in front of the hotel at that time (parking zone). The hotel also had its own car parking which we were allowed to use at no extra cost. The room was spacious and also very modern and clean. Our family of 3 had more than enough space. The restaurant in the hotel was right next to the breakfast area and the food was classic Italian and also very tasty. The breakfast buffet was a little small but adequately stocked and very tasty. All the dishes were brought immediately as soon as something got empty. The area around the hotel was very charming and the view was breathtaking. We would highly recommend this hotel and will most likely return in the spring.

One tiny thing would be that we didn't have a waste bin in the room but only a very very small bathroom bin.

Absolutely gorgeous surroundings! I would go back simply just for that! We visited in October, and even though the air is cold there, it was so fresh and clean. Felt so unpolluted. We also had our dog with us, and she looooved the walks in we took! The hotel is very pet friendly, and dogs are allowed in the restaurant, also for breakfast. The rooms were clean and moderne, with a very big terrace. Very soundproof inside the room - which is great because if was thunder and lightning all night, and my dog is very scared of that - but she relaxed inside. The dinner in the restaurant was very nice and fair priced.

The breakfast was ok. But Nothing special. The room didn’t have a small water boiler or anything to have a cup of coffee or tea. Big minus is the balconies were not sealed from the sides, so there was not any privacy there.

Stunning location with an amazing view of the lake , total silence and tranquility , fresh air , good food in the restaurant.

I think that some staff members ( actually I mean one waitress) need more training in hospitality and good manners.When me and my husband came down to breakfast at 7.30 the breakfast room was mostly empty and we sat at the table for 4 people( 2 small tables put together) to have a better view of the lake. This lady instructed us that it's a table for 4 people so we can't sit there and she pulled one of the small tables away . That was quite unpleasant and didn't make sense at all. Never happened to us in any hotel before.
