Great for our one day stop, room was clean and sapcious, restaurant really nice, some spot for parking moto, great pick for our needs

Nothing really, maybe was a bit overcrowded the restaurant area and waiters were a bit over the head, but nothing they can do, was great. Maybe try to reserve a table for the evening as advice, as we arrived midday and noone was there but got really crowded fast...and was a Tuesday only but August period

Great location not far from the Ravascletto ski area. The propery had a free parking and a restaurant. The rooms were clean and exactly like in the pictures. We got a room with the balcony but as there was contruction happening we could not access it. The reception lady was lovely and swift with the check-in/out. Upon checking in we made a dinner reservation for the restaurant and it did not dissapoint. The prices were more than fair and the food was absolutely fantastic. But the highlight of this stay was one of the waiters. An older gentleman that was serving us and others made us laught so many times. He was very upbeat, smiley, humorous, not at all uptight to delivere the best service but on the contrary. He delivered the best service we have ever experiences by constantly cracking jokes while still doing the job perfectly. There were a lot of tables that night but he still offered the same service to every guest and you could see that he realy enjoys the working there.

Not having access to the balcony because of the contruction we did not know was there, but it did not matter in the end

Excellent location opposite the thermal baths, on the main route, and a reasonable walk to the middle of town. Lovely staff and guests. Excellent restaurant which is very popular with the local people. Coffee and wine by the glass are very cheap.

I would have liked a toaster in the breakfast room, but it did do bacon and eggs which was good.

Very kind and cheerful lady running the place. Friendly and positive experience all around. Got a nice peaceful room with a view. Very modern facilities and everything worked.

Only slight objection was the restaurant. They wouldnt open a new bottle of Chianti for me (wud have had to buy the whole bottle (and Im not an alcoholic so. . . . :D). After that they just ignored me, so I went back to my room w/o dinner.

Friendly staff, good location for a cycling weekend (although being next to the main road means it’s quite loud in the morning). Bike storage and a good restaurant next door make it very convenient.

Coffee at breakfast isn’t something to brag about - a real disappointment, especially for Italy. Same as bread. There was a construction site under our balcony; luckily they didn’t work on Sunday, but they did start (quite loud) on Monday early morning.

Near Tolmizzo. A very active resto with great pizzas

Nothing much. Booked at last minute on a road trip. Pizzas were very good. Romm was new and spacious with everything but no coffee /tea/ hot water.

Again for short ski opening. Nice location for Zoncolan ski. Dinner was wonderful, breakfast is perfect for skier. Highly recomended! Staf really nice and helpful, all in all great value for money!

People/restaurant guests/employees in front of hotel were loud late at nihgt. But not really hotel problem. Will ask for different room orientation next time ;)

The hotel, the restaurant and the food is amazing, the staff was so kind, Davide the waiter is so cool guy really professional, also the breakfast was delicious. All the staff is amazing. Perfect place & perfect vacation.

No AC and sometimes it is good to have one, cause leaving windows open let flies in.
