We had a room on the ground level with terrace and that was very convenient because we traveled with dogs. Room was cozy and warm with big bed. Bathroom is spacious and nice with shower, toilet, bidet, sink, hairdryer, soap, shower gel and shampoo. Room has TV, small fridge, safe, tee set and place to store items as well as place to hang clothes. Room is newly refurbished and clean. There is parking in front of the building. Breakfast was great and the owners are nice. Sutrio is very nice small village. Nature is beautiful and near by is Terme di Arta that we recommend for spa experience.

Everything was exceptional! Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. What an unforgettable experience! Would love to come again.

The church bells were quite loud. Luckily they did not ring during the night.

Neat small family hotel in lovely Sutrio. Breakfast had everything we needed and even offered ready sandwitches to take, this was helpful for the daily trip. Wellness was not included but was very romantic and all new. Offered great refreshments. We could store our bikes safely in garage and even could use it for couple more hours afrter check-out.

Top Junior Suite, new and very nice - top level! The owners are so good and friendly people, you just feel good! Dinner in their small Restaurant was very good! Highly recommended!!!!

We really liked the place, the room was comfortable and clean. The sauna was extraordinary, but keep in mind you have to make a reservation and pay extra, as they only rent in for 2 people for 2 hours a a time. The breakfast was really nice, we also liked the dinner at the Osteria. We will return in the future.

A wunderfaul place up in the mountains and the Osteria with it's hotel and restaurant are just a fantastic place. The room was comfortable, the restaurant, with it's local food, was really good, and not to forget the warm welcome and relation with the owners, Maria and Enzo. A must for travelers visiting the beautiful region.

Gorgeous place, spacious rooms, clean and tidy . Modern but warm. Great food, kind host ready to assist with ski tickets and other demands. Spa is well designed and clean, romantic and private; you dont want to miss it. We will come back again.

The rooms are clean, the staff is very helpful in everything. The breakfast are good and you can eat very tasty food at the restaurant in the evening. I was there for the second time and I will come back

There is no fridge in the rooms, also there's no kettle to make some tea. I would recommend adding some equipment - for this price you expect some more

The shower cabin could be bigger. The ski depot and the heated boots room would be highly appreciated.

Lovely very big and modern room in newly built block close to the restaurant. Superb bathroom and shower, Dyson fan, fridge, balcony. Very pretty village right on the Zoncolan mountain, with plenty of walking and cycling options. We will return!
