Nice location. Heated pool was a plus. Staff were welcoming & took good care of us throughout our stay. The suite was nice & clean & the balcony was a bonus for some fresh air. Loved the hanging swing chairs in the spa area. We were there 3 nights, and the food selection was great, not repetitive (loved the coffees at the bar). We kept our expectations low about the kids' noise level going into a family resort, but it wasn't bad at all. They kept the kids happy (with sugary drinks) with a nice play area, so they weren't much of a bother to the adults.

Our Suite was a bit stuffy, warmer than we'd like but we didn't spend much time in the room to go about finding out how to get this resolved & I won't be knocking down any rating for this, because or experience was fabulous.

Excellent (family) hotel. This was our second time here, no regret, indeed. Endless programmes nearby, wonderful location; also nice variety of inhouse organized evening programs (live music, wine tasting, bingo). Staff is kind, good to see same faces as last year. All-inclusive service is outstanding, nice quality food, children friendly menu. The family room is very comfortable, the mountain view is breathless. We are planning to return... :)

Location of the hotel is excellent, easy access to different places (with "tractor train" with schedule) - there are lots of children's programs nearby - places are breathtaking. I loved the family room, so did the children, very comfortable with the walk-in closet, there are space for everything. The meals were outstanding, having own tables for breakfast and dinner - variety, quality, quantity - WOW! Staff is super-kind and helpful all around the hotel - really everybody! There was live music during one of the evenings in the bar - it was also so great! We had a wonderful stay, I would highly recommend it to families!

Parking is difficult, but hotel staff (Günther) was helping us immediately. You need luck to get parking place outside of garage and capacity of garage is limited. We had a tiny headache that non-electric cars were parking on charging stations - but this is not the mistake of the hotel - rather behavior of the drivers, also since garage is tiny, people do not care occupying 2 places for their own convenience. BUT this issue was absolutely has NOT spoilt our stay!!! This is only a note from my side.

Location, facilities, and big majority of personnel get exellent grade. Few personnel at moments seem not very pleasant. The hotel will need soon some renovation. Rooms show a degree of wear already. Otherwise rooms are well sized with very nice bathrooms. Spa and fitness are great, pool a bit small if a lot of families at the hotel.

Location is perfect. Hotel has everything you need for your children but it also has other facilities for everyone to enjoy. You can go directly to the ski slope from the hotel.

Mattresses need to be renewed asap. Our room was a corner room and had a bit of a draught but otherwise a very comfy room.

Professional and polite staff. Specialist guys from kids club and ski rental. Reception also. Girls from bar……

For guests who comes early before chexk in rooms should be ready faster. Like priority. If guests must wait 2 hours for room with kids that can be exhausting.

It’s located right next to a chairlift which has an appropriate slope for beginners. The playroom with childcare is also great and the food is very good.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They made our stay great. Good food. Amazing location.

There was dust in the wardrobe in the room, also the SPA floors was not clean enough in some areas in the relaxing areas, The water in the swimming pools is not hot enough for the winter, having in mind it is a kids friendly hotel.

I've been to several already. And always the same problem. Unclear prices that were constantly changing. And what is really terrible and tested in several rooms confirmed by the guests I invited here. Disastrous beds, it was almost impossible to sleep when you crawled in, deep lying down is unacceptable for the price and quality of the hotel. (ROM 425, ROM 110, ROM 205) all have the same problem. Inexplicable at the price of 450E per night
