Maximum satisfaction. Very nice, helpful and pleasant owners. Excellent breakfast. The guesthouse shines with cleanliness, daily cleaning. Very good distance to the resort of Nassfeld, possibility to use the ski bus about 100m from the guesthouse. Parking under the roof. Ski storage. Excellent price x performance ratio. We would love to come back again.

It would be nice if the owners would add wine and water glasses, a few plates, spoons and cutlery, and a hot water pot to make tea or coffee. Possibly a small fridge (this is also available for the other rooms in the corridor, but cannot be sufficient for everyone in summer).

We LOVED everything about our stay!!! Excellent breakfast, typical Austrian with cold cuts, breads, cereals and eggs to order. The owner/hostess, Manuela was a delight in every aspect. Knowledgable, helpful and so pleasant to be around!! The location was ideal for our desires and needs as it was close to the things we wanted to explore yet secluded enough to offer solace. We've actually tried to come up with anything we would change or improve and we cannot. Best value we have had in a very long time, possibly best value EVER!! A complete suite, bedroom, bathroom, balcony and a living room.

I really like everything. My daughter loves this place; the host was very nice 😊. Breakfast was excellent. Location 10 minutes from ⛷️ resort by car. Cozy bad.
