The room was large and furnished in a modern style with a pleasant view. Very comfortable bed. The swimming pool was lovely with an outside jacuzzi with beautiful mountain views. Breakfast was very good, as was the evening meal

The staff overall were efficient but weren't particularly friendly although the lady on reception was lovely when I checked out.

Both breakfast and dinner were excellent, offering a delicious and satisfying experience. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The facilities, including the outdoor jacuzzi and saunas, were fantastic—well-maintained, cozy, and perfect for relaxation.

Dinner was above any expectations. Room was nice big clean with a lot of sunshine

The hotel had a Polish group that were acting as being on high school vacation (drinking, shouting, making noise). Maybe someone should tell to the groups that its not their private stay

The breakfast is good as usual in Austria, you can choose whatever you want to eat. And the dinner is tasty and abundant. The wellness is big and have everything you need.

I asked two times via booking to give separate bed because we are not a couple, they answer for the second time they do the best. Its ok if they didnt have but they called us everywhere familie... Please take care of what the guest write to you.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The pool area was nice and well kept. Wearing a robe to breakfast and lunch was fun:). You won’t need to go anywhere else for breakfast, lunch or dinner- the food was amazing!

The dinner time too early in my opinion (18.30-20.00). The pool working time supposed to be till 20, but then they close it at 19.30 since there was private reservation...

Breakfast was excellent, many choices of food. Stuff was very friendly, room was so clean, very big and comfort room. Near ski resort Nassfeld. Pool and sauna excellent.
