+ Excellent value for money, we were enchanted, definitely will return + Comfortable and clean rooms with astonishing views of the mountains + Very hospitable host and staff, they took care of us very well + Nice garden with a hammock and playground where you can enjoy breakfast and dinner + Speaking of which, we had a very delicious half board. The dinner consisted of a choice of two soups, three main dishes and a sweet dessert. Everything was very tasty, compliments to the chef. + Central location for sightseeing, within an hour you're by spendid lakes and mountains in Austria, Slovenia and Italy + The host also owns a natural swimming pool where you can go for free. It's just a 10-minute-ride and you can visit a wonderful waterfall, too

The owners were extremely welcoming and friendly throughout, we've spent an amazing Christmas Time with the family there As well As a birthday, for which we even received a cake and prosecco and beautiful Christmas dinner setting and delicious local food. Can only recommend this place, truly a special experience!👍 Otherwise a well equipped, spacious accomodation perfect for skiing, with lots of social activities like darts, pool and pingpong table, amazing sauna facility as well.

Amazing location. Hosts were very hospitable. Free parking is available at the property. My 2 years old daughter enjoyed the place a lot. They also have slides, swings and toys for kids. I would love to visit again.

Nothing everything was fine. They can think about adding an electric kettle and fridge in the rooms and may be add yogurt to the breakfast. They did provide us with electric kettle when we requested.

We liked the stay very much again. Always clean and comfortable. Perfect homey atmosphere. Staff is great, very helpful and professional. Enough space for kids to play. Few steps from the skibus busstop. And we love the sauna. Looking forward to come again.

I would prefer more easy egg breakfast dishes like frittata, omelette, poached eggs or hashbrowns, just something with a spark. Every day a little change, that is not too difficult for the kitchen staff to handle.

During our stay it was pretty hot (30degrees+) and cooling the room at night would be convenient if there was an airco. The breakfast was good and enough but after 5 days you wanted to be surprised by something.

Very nice and helpful staff, family run biz so you can feel that homey atmosphere. Location is perfect, 50m to skibus and 7min walk to train station. We enjoyed pretty wide choice of breakfast every morning (considering this is not a big hotel resort) and the relaxing sauna in the evening. Our little son loved the small children's play korner in the lobby. Heated ski boot rack in the ski room is a BIG advantage. Many places around to see, like Weissensee, Nassfeld, Krajnska Gora, Villach or just an afternoon walk to Khünburg ruined castle. Definitely coming back again 🙂👌🏿

very friendly staff, attentive and helpful. good location, comfortable. nice evening time with a lots of different activities: billiard, table tennis, darts, sauna. overall was nice.

Great owners and staff - very friendly, helpful and attentive. Everything we needed we had. Plenty of food for breakfast. The restaurant is open in the evening which is very convenient. We can't complain about anything. The bed mattresses could be harder but that wouldn't discourage me from visiting the hotel again :)

Very pleasant and well-positioned accommodation, suitable for exploring the surroundings. A special advantage is the use of hollydaycard+, which provides interesting free content.

Staff is friendly. The accommodation is in good position, twenty minutes drive to ski center. Bus station near accommodation with good conection. Rooms are ok, tidy. The food in pansion was very delicious.

Each of us had two towels that were not changed during the four days of our accomodation. Unfortunately the steam sauna was not working.
