Friendly and kind service from staff, great swimming pool especially when it is quiet. Was great for our 3 month old baby's first swimming introduction. Then she could sleep in her pram next to the pool while we continued to swim and relax. Breakfast was nice and location is perfect and close to Otranto 10mins by car.

Internet didn't work. Shower drain was blocked and the shower curtain needs replacement. In general shower curtains aren't good as they are unhygienic.

Understated, family, friendly, location, pool, food, room (10). This is a 3 star but should be a 4 star. It is so comfortable and the hosts and staff are exceptional. We stayed in a mixture of 3/4 star hotels on our trip and this was definitely the best value for money and the one we will remember. We would happily have paid more for this hotel. Great location too. Book this hotel - you will not be disappointed.

Charming old masseria, very nice family running it. Nice breakfast and dinner in the evening if you wish. Lovely lush garden and clean and quiet pool area, perfect for relaxing. We stayed three nights at Masseria Gattamora and explored the coastline including Otranto.

Rooms on the ground floor smelled a bit mouldy. We opted for a smaller room upstairs without that smell. Small bathroom, very low water pressure in the shower.

Such a wonderful experience. I would 100% recommend the place. It is so unique, a hidden treasure, a land of serenity. The host and the staff were so welcoming, so helpful, eventhough we had a little language barrier, they did everything they could to understand each other. It you are looking for a place to escape the buzzing city, to have some tranquility, you must visit.

The lack of wifi on the first floor. That was all.

Authentic beautifully renovated in 30’ s with big, spacious reception, dining area, lounge and bedrooms. The bedroom had traditional dark wood furniture. The grounds are very attractive with a series of garden rooms leading to a large swimming pool. The restaurant serves homemade local cuisine for dinner and breakfast. A pizza oven is a feature in the restaurant- which local families enjoyed for their pizzas on a Saturday evening.

Lovely quirky place to stay with excellent facilities and brilliant staff. Lovely pool and excellent restaurant onsite. I would highly recommend.

This is just a masterpeace and the most wonderful place in Puglia. Extremely hospitable hostess, fascinating interior, delicious breakfast/dinner local food and wines. Everything is so welcome and cozy during your stay that you should definitely get back here again!

We so enjoyed our stay at the Masseria Gattamora. It was good option for us as it is located in a rural area but walkable to a small village. The staff was quite helpful and kind and took very good care of us. We dined in their restaurant a few times and found the food and service quite good.
