The hotel is located in a nice area close to Castelsardo and other tiny towns, surrounded by a bunch of Agritourismo. Room was clean when we arrived, comfortable bed, airconditioned, cozy balcony. Awesome sunsets at the beach. Beach not too crowded even in high season. We didn't go there with high expectations for the room, so for us it was really ok. But for the price, it could have been a bit more than spacious and clean.

The "kitchen" had two cooking plates, both of which were not functional - which didn't matter substantially as the kitchen was equipped terribly (one (!) spoon, two forks, two knifes, two tiny (!) plates, two cups), so calling it a kitchen niche would almost be too much (what about a pan, a pot, a cutting board...anything?) The shower was tiny :D totally sufficient to shower, but don't dare to try shave yourself ;) Don't expect too much from the bar. The have little somethings, but no table service (which is ok) and absolutely nooo atmosphere. We are no club hotel people, which is on us. But the music was a bit annoying and the program wouldn't have convinced us if we would have been into it.

- great location, a few meters to the beach and all amenities onsite - self-catering apartment was nice and clean; had AC and all other basics - free parking under the pine trees - nice clean, well maintained pool - friendly staff, the grounds were well maintained

- towel and bed sheet change only free after 14 nights - evening entertainment is all in Italian. Just a bunch of teenagers running around on stage. Mostly suited for kids under 4 years.

When we booked, we did not expect much, however when we arrived we were pleasantly surprised. Everything was better than we read on the comments. This is not a hotel so don't expect the same. It was clean and Everything worked as it should.

We speak 3 languages, but unfortunately zero Italian, and we found it difficult to communicate with the staff (except the reception) Other than that no complaints whatsoever

Staff, location, breakfast, room, cleaning service, beach, swimming pool, bar.

Internet (quality and speed) was very bad. Lack of choice of places for snack, lunch or dinner. For dinner there was only one option - "Baiaverde Village" Grill Pizzeria & Restaurant. Otherwise you have to drive somewhere 5-15 minutes. Equipment in the coin laundry seems shabby.

- friendly and helpful staff - good breakfast - nice design in rooms - good location: close to the sea with nice beach; if you have a car you can travel to other interesting locations nearby like Castelsardo or spiagga at Isola Rossa - well maintained swimming pools for adults and kids - playground for kids in the shade of trees

- very small shower cabin (70cm? - we stayed in the residence) - not related to the hotel or residence, but the restaurant next to it has pretty poor service (long waiting time, too loud music); if you stay out of the high season (when launches aren't served on site), it's good to have a car, so you can drive to some other restaurants nearby. In general, it's good to have a car if you visit in Sardinia for a week or more.

The self catering apartment we booked was big enough for four adults and two children, the pool was very clean and well staffed, the breakfast was great, the beach was great and you could use the canoes as well, the children's entertainment was very good.

A change of bedlinen and towels would have been good idea on an 11 night stay, also to let you know additional costs for the sun loungers on the beach instead of additional charge. We could have done wit a car to get to the supermarkets.

Good appartments, nice staff, beach is very nearby (300 m walk from the appartment), nice pool (not only for swiming, but for kids as well - must wear a 'hat' in the pool though), Valledoria is very quiet, but nice villages and restaurants at driving distance.

Air conditioning is not included in the price; it was OK without, but included would have been great.

Very nice place for family. Clean apartments, swimming pool, playground... everything needed with enough comfort.

The beach and partially sea during wave days was mostly covered by seagrass, which is not fault of the hotel, but that was the only imperfection of the stay. The seagrass was on whole valledoria beach, not just at hotel place.
