The holiday village is located in a quiet place, 5 min walk to the San Pietro beach. It's a sand beach, very long, surrounded with sea from one side and river from another. Beautiful sunset.There's a swimming pool and sunbeds. The staff cleaning the pool Every evening. Table tennis, football pitch, bar, disco club, animators for kids, every evening different activities. A great place to stay if you're looking for a family holiday. Big parking space. Nearby located a beach bar and a couple of restaurants.

The food choice was very limited. Continental breakfast, 1 type of cheese, 1 type of salami , 1 type of ham every morning; yogurt, 2 types of croissants, a variety of coffee and juices from the machine, could be a better quality, especially in Italy. Pillows are very slim and uncomfortable and only one per person. For dinner most of the time pasta, no fruits but dessert available. There are no facilities to make your own tea or coffee in the room.

Basic but clean and comfortable rooms, good location a short walk to the beach and lovely big swimming pool. We arrived early in the year and were the only guests in the place, so many thanks to the chap on reception who welcomed us and was super helpful.

All was fine for us! We were there out of season so there were no activities or restaurant, so can’t comment on those aspects.

The location is amazing, the beach is extremely close to the hotel, the staff is amazing and very friendly ☺️

The room was smelling like a closed place and the breakfast was terrible (very few options, same things every single day and the coffee was terrible).

Staff amability, cleanliness and comfort. And of course the pool. It was really close to the beach.

The internet is working only in the pool area. In the rooms there was not wifi signal. And in the pool area the internet was working only when were not to many tourists using internet in the same time. I needed internet to speak with my family in another country and send some emails job related.

The location is not far from the beach (5 minutes walk) and Valledoria (12 minutes walk) where you find bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The breakfast is simple but was more than what you expect in Italy, since the normal breakfast in Italy consists of a coffee and a cornetto.

The room was not comfortable, as it was in fact an extra room attached to another apartment rented to somebody else. The furniture is cheap, I was missing a desk to sit and work, and the hotel does not provide WiFi in its rooms, only close to the reception. However, I think there are better rooms in this hotel and I just got the cheapest room for the cheapest rate.

Nice room, tasty breakfast and dinner. Good location for trips. Free parking.

There should be bigger variety of food for dinner.

If you consider 36,- Euro per night and person incl. breakfast then one knows what to expect.

Good value for money. Good location if you're into water sports and nature walks. Staff very polite and welcoming.

The bed was a bit hard and we only got one pillow each. The food menu is a bit limited. Breakfast very basic but did the job.

The breakfast was quite limited with no new items being brought out after 9 am and it was till 10am.
