Good location with parking. Walking distance to the beach and restaurants.Nice terrace to enjoy breakfast or aperitif. Welcoming host. Rooms are decent as you would expect in most hotels in this area. Usual Italian breakfast, - cereals, fruits, cakes. Boiled eggs.

Cleaningless could be better - hairs and dust in the bathroom. Hotel busy with departures/arrivals. However, this is quite common during the busy period in Italy in seaside accommodation, - not enough staff to clean rooms efficiently. Overall good value for money.

They were like a beacon of light in the storm taking my reservation last minute, answering the phone, staying up and fitting me in a parking spot at 11 at night. I didn't even know where I had driven into and then awoke to a beautiful breakfast on the veranda overlooking the sea. As a vegetarian I especially appreciated the nuts, dried fruit and flax seed to add some protein to my breakfast.

Had booked 3 rooms for my family and myself and was charged on checking out for the small bottles of water which we thought were provided (4 per room) amounting to €24. There was no printed imformation in room

you had to climb up two flights of stairs from the parking area at the street level to reach the check in desk, carrying suitcases. Exhausting.

quiet location but still only minutes from town, parking on the property. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean bright rooms , good view, good breakfast. Value for money.

The view from the room and the breakfast terrace is amazing! The staff is so kind and helpful. The breakfast buffet is small but it has everything what you need. To get to the beach you need to walk for 3minutes - amazing! I really recommend this hotel and would pove to come back!

Sometimes in the morning there were a lot of kids running before our room but it was okay.

The green areas were in perfect state, the views of the sea are breathtaking, the room was clean and the staff was always present and nice. we loved our stay here, we would definitely come back and i suggest it 100%. Everything is exaclty as in pictures.
