We had a wonderful time at this hotel. It was an amazing experience. Lovely city, excellent location easy access to Genoa, Portofino, and Monaco. All you need you have there. Great pizza bar just around the corner, staff was always happy and helpful. Massive carpark breakfast bar was enough and coffee wąs excellent! Nothing to complain!

Water at the shower sometimes was hot/cold/hot but this was I think due to pick time of using shower - otherwise was ok.

The hotel is older but well maintained. The room was clean, and the furnishings showed no signs of wear. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was simple but good – sweet pastries and fruit were available. Coffee from the bar was excellent. Great location close to the beach.

The hotel is right by a busy main road, which can be noisy. Breakfast lacked any hot options. Parking could be marked more clearly.

We arrived much earlier than the stated time, but the hotel staff welcomed us very well and accommodated us in a room. The Hotel met all expectations. Very clean, comfortable rooms and pleasant staff. The photos are completely true. It's nice when people treat their work with dedication and responsibility. The location is generally excellent, with an amazing view from the window.

Fascinating building with much charm from the 18th century. Top notch location close to the beach and with an excellent view over the sea. Breakfast ordinary Italian standard but with great seating on the terrace. Nice products in the bathroom from Lanvin.

After one week my back was a little bit tired of the bed.

Parking is very good and safe, also with places in the shadow. The breakfast is small, but with everything you need (pastries, fresh fruit, focaccia etc.). The latte macchiato made by a barista is exceptional. The room is absolutely huge and very high. As others comment, it's outdated, but the direct sea view and the perfect cleanliness make up for the small defects. I was impressed by the cleanliness and quality of the towels and bed sheets - they were made to perfection, and I am very picky about these in general! The history of the hotel gives a nice feeling.

There are for sure things that can be improved, but we were very happy with the overall stay.

The view from the room was incredible. We could open the large windows and shutters and have open air and views to the sea. It was breathtaking. The hotel and room are old and could use some updates but it was very comfortable!

Challenging to find the parking entrance and the keys are massive and heavy. The hotel could use some updates but the location and views were incredible!

The hotel has parking in the back which is really nice considering it is stressful to drive around and find parking in the city. Not so easy to access through a tight street but nice to have. We enjoyed complimentary breakfast. Great variety of food, fruits and pastries. Perfect to start the day. The room was very spacious, the water view was wonderful. A little noise from the street but not bothering at all. It is a little off the main attachions or the historic sites to visit and a car is needed but other than that very nice stay and would recommend.

Rooms: although on Booking rooms were supposed to have a view over the garden in reality they were facing sea front (see photo), beautiful panorama. Parking was easy in the hotel private parking area. Breakfast was nice with traditional Focaccia , croissants, brioches, cakes from bakery, good quality.

Old hotel, but very clean, comfortable beds, you have everything you need. We booked a room with the garden view, but on the arrival we’ve got one with the amazing see view. Thanks for that ! Free parking. The beach just a few steps from the hotel. Good connection with the Genoa center. Very good breakfast ( just some vegetables would be nice too ).

Location was was really good and the hotel was clean and our rooms were good.

We didn’t have good seating in our triple room and it’s a shame there’s no balcony either. Our third night of sleep was deeply disturbed by a family running forwards and backwards from 23 til 6h kids screaming so the isolation was thin. Also the double didn’t have good seating either?
