Staff was very friendly, free parking very close to hotel. Mini fridge was great. Pizza at the restaurant was delicious.

I think it is a family establishment which was culturally interesting. The hotel has everything you need, even a restaurant which is part of the hotel. It is located nearby the main train station which fit me perfectly. But, the area immediately around the hotel is a bit bizarre, everything is designed for cars, so it is not very pleasant to walk. But, the moment you reach the old town or the ancient harbour, you are good and happy.

Most of the staff spoke only Italian, but they were very nice. It might be fun to try to learn Italian, so not big problem. Check-in could have been done much foster. I have worked in a hotel and I know the drill, but it might be good idea to prepare check-ins, so there wouldn't be a need for typing all the information with the customers in front. Also, something went wrong and I had to wait 10 minutes to order in the restaurant, but then the food arrived very fast. Oh, and please update your status on Apple Maps, it says "permanently closed".

There is no lift , we had to carry the luggage up to our room

The lady at reception was very helpful. She took us to a parking garage, where we could put our motor bikes for security. She really went out of her way and that's a BIG plus !

Clean room, updated bathroom. Nice, new curtains that kept the light from coming through in the evening/morning

Air-con was really loud and sounded like a helicopter was inside our room. It made it very hard to sleep. Turning it off was not an option as it was really hot both inside and out. The traffic ouside was loud, so not an option to open the window.
