I think it’s the best hostel I’ve been to in 10 years travelling alone in hostels ! The staff is so friendly, the equipments are amazing, very modern, very comfortable, great breakfast (they even gave me a breakfast to go when I told them I was leaving early in the morning before the breakfast buffet opens). It is super super clean, definitely the cleanest hostel I’ve been to. Lastly, it is super central, you get to see everything almost only walking and it’s next to Genova Piazza Principe where a lot of trains go along the coast, you can visit other beautiful cities by train in 30 min to 2hours for few euros (Camogli, Sestri Levante, Portofino via Santa Magherita, La Spezia, etc). Really recommend !

Only thing is that I was in a room with a mezzanine and it was really hot in the mezzanine at some point during the heat wave (but they gave us a fan and there’s AC in the room of course)

The location is excellent—just by the main train station and within easy reach of many attractions. The 4-bed room is spacious, and the bed is comfortable enough, though a bit creaky. The bathroom is clean and in very good condition. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing drinks and meals, and the complimentary fruit, vegetables, and canned food are a great perk. I also enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace.

Two downsides: there’s no mop or squeegee to dry the bathroom floor after a shower, so water pools on the tiles and you can’t do much about it. Also, I tried a couple of times before arrival to confirm the bed length but never received a reply, which is surprising given how friendly and communicative the staff are in person.

Highlight Staff: The hostel is the most beautiful hostel I have stayed! Vibing is young, energetic and fun. The staff organise different events on each day, good times for meeting people and learning about culture. Room: I stayed in a female room which has a balcony on the six floor! Very lucky waking up with sunshine and can sit on a private balcony to chill in the morning and night, adding so much happiness to the trip. The room is also spacious and clean. Location: It is literally 3 mins walk to the Pizza Prince station, very convenient for travellers who like to explore the seaside nearby cities. Also Flexi bus station is next to it. Many restaurants and cafe near by too.

Overall a great place to stay. There are plenty of common areas, including a nice deck, and it's a very social hostel. The included breakfast was pretty good with a decent selection of options, and they also had a night with free pasta. The wifi worked good and it was easy to get some work done in the common areas during the day. The room was a good size for six people and the bed was surprising comfortable. The security overall was good--the room had a lock that you could either enter a code or use your phone to get in, and the elevators required a code a night. Super easy walk to the train station.

The rooms had lockers, but each locker only had five sides--there was no bottom and they weren't secured to anything, so in theory, anyone could just lift the locker up and access your stuff. It said there was a/c, but the air flowing from the unit was minimal and did not cool down the room at all. There was only one bathroom (with toilet and shower together) for the six beds that shared my room. I was able to find two additional toilets on the ground floor (though one became out of order the second day). But overall, it was a bit difficult to plan around others to go to the bathroom or use the shower.

I loved the room, my bed was so comfy, everything very clean, with great A.C. (I stayed in June). The shower was superb and strong. Bathroom nice, stocked with TP. Lots of storage spaces in room, so my 4 room dorm was kept clean for everyone to enjoy. Great customer service. They responded quickly to my messages prior to arriving. Perfect location by main train station. Staff was incredible! Elena, and Michael in the front desk always greeted me with a warm smile. Elena helped me plan the perfect day trip to Boccadasse, and Portofino. (Bus number included) I missed seeing Piazza de Ferrari (famous landmark with water fountain) and David gave me free luggage storage so that I can go see it. Superb customer service with free welcome drink. Great facilities. Good coffee and breakfast. Amazing city, beautiful port, and great food. I loved it and I will be back for sure! 10/10

Needs a bath mat and mop in bathroom to keep bathroom floor dry.

Very nice, well-run hostel. The free food (pasta, couscous, veggies, oils & spices) was a really lovely, completely unexpected touch. I bought fresh, homemade Genovese pesto across the street and made a great meal one night (and I'm a terrible cook!) Comfortable rooms, friendly guests, nice atmosphere and they keep the hostel very cozy and warm with lots of hot water (in Feb.) I also loved the spacious terrace.

The only space to work remotely was the bar/restaurant or kitchen 'chill out' area which was not very private and could get quite noisy at times. Totally do-able but a designated space would have been great!

Location & facilities of the hostel Was just fantastic, very lovely ambiance within the hostel itself & outside , very walkable to port, city centre & aquarium museum. Just outside are nice café & restaurants . Also train station is just walkable. Also a guest kitchen within the hostel itself to make your own meals was so good , they even provided ingredients for the same for free to use. There’s a bar too inside. Also the buffet breakfast was very nice & scrumptious!

Nothing to be honest everything was good at this property

The hostel is big and offers many amenities like a very nice shared kitchen which has free ingredients (including fresh fruits and vegetables) available to all guests. A beautiful terrace, bar, and game room are all also available to guests. The rooms themselves are relatively big and are clean.

It seems there is no AC in the rooms, so the window was kept open all night in my room. Despite good ear plugs, the noise coming from the street was very loud and made it so that I personally woke up at least 4-5 times during the night...

One of the best hostels I have ever been!! Super lovely and friendly staff. Beautiful rooms, spacious and airy, comfortable beds. Very clean and good bathrooms! Cleaning ladies were so nice too! Also the breakfast was so delicious and good value! Perfect location!

Depending on the room it can get noisy at night when there’s activities on. But all stopped by 11pm

Helpfulness and kindness of staff, from reception to cleaning. I could let my luggage for free until leaving (my bus departured at 16:15). Wellcome drink (quality wine, congrat!). Great kitchen with some free weggies and pasta (I had my own, it Wass a surprise).

Only one thing: please consider to change the word "take" for "buy" at the laundry room instructions. It is disturbing, someone like me, might misunderstand it, thinking that it's inclused in the price (though, both were realible). That's all!
