Location of the hotel is perfect. Just 15 minutes' walk to Genova Brignole train station and 25 min to Genove Piazza Pricipe. Also, very good connection to airport from Piazza de Ferrari by Volabus, 10 EUR daily ticket per person. Only 7 minutes' walk from the hotel to bus station. During the stay, my wife had birthday so, the direttore, Mr. Vaccari, send us a bottle of Prosseco, with some salty snacks including personal greetings from him and his staff, which was very surprising and very nice gesture. We appreciated very much. My wife has been delighted!

No hotel slippers in the room and there was no carpet on the floor... As we did not spend much time in the room, we did not ask, but anyhow, such hotel should have hotel slippers by default.

From my experience in this and similar Italian hotels, NH have taken a step ahead. Decent quality and size shampoo and conditioner with dispensers in the shower and body cream plus soap at the sink so no messing around with little bottles or sachets. Bed (and pillows!) very comfortable, the room was spotless. Decent desk to work at with USB charger. The breakfast selection has also been stepped up, with a chef on hand to make an omelette and a good variety of everything else on hand. Highly recommend this hotel.

An excellent location for where we needed to visit. Located very near the main streets but in a relatively quiet position. The room was clean, the bed comfy and all the facilties worked well. The reception was always very helpful, and the bar and restaurant gave very good service although we only had a continental breakfast which gave us all the choice we needed.

All was fine - only the parking was a bit difficult to start with and we had to park across the road that was OK.

Breakfast box content & quality was rather disappointing compared to regular breakfast , some fresh sandwiches or viennoiserie should be a part of it but i guess that is not a very common guest request so I understand but there is a room for improvement here

The hotel is good and very well positioned. On the other hand, a big minus is the parking and here I want to comment. Do not try to park in the private parking next to the hotel. The staff is rude and you have to leave the car keys with them. The solution is to park in the public parking, which is in front of the hotel. Park on the blue line and know that from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m., during the night, it is free. We paid 8 euros/night, from 7 p.m. to 10 a.m.

I'm not downgrading for parking, because it's not the hotel's fault. On the contrary, the lady at the reception offered me the solution.

Great location for exploring the city and a short walk to the port. Reception and bar staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast buffet was very good. Ironing room next to gym is an excellent idea !

Travelling with a group of friends in the same category of room everyone had very different sized rooms and facilities. Intercity prices !

Location was excellent for visiting the city and an easy walk to the port / marina area. The staff at both reception and bar were exceptional and were so helpful.

The varying sizes of room allocated to our group who all paid the same but some had very large comfortable rooms and some were so much smaller.

The room was exceptional, the AC worked perfect and did not blown out to the bed directly. WiFi had a good performance. The hotel's location allows easy walking distance to the old town. The breakfast was expeptional, with variety of fresh vegitables, fruits, cackes and juice.

The breakfast is expensive - this is a drawback only.

While complimentary internet was available, its speed left much to be desired. Faster internet was available at an additional cost, but it was relatively expensive. This could be a drawback for travelers who rely on a reliable and fast internet connection for work or entertainment. The windows in the room overlooked a courtyard wall. Given that this was a standard room, the view was as expected and not a major issue. The room was cleaned daily, and I was impressed by the quick and thorough housekeeping service. Moving on to the bathroom, it was spacious and featured a bathtub, which was a nice touch for those who enjoy a relaxing soak. The presence of a bidet was convenient, and the provided shower gel, shampoo, and body lotion were appreciated. However, there were a couple of downsides in the bathroom. The ventilation system was not functional, which led to some humidity buildup. Additionally, the drainage in the bathtub was not effective, which could be inconvenient during showers.

I love the NH Genova Centro. The location is very safe and you can easily get all of the main attractions in Genova. I find the staff to be welcoming, and the rooms are clean.
