This is a very well kept property. Very neat and clean. You get all that you need for a short stay. The owner is a very polite and welcoming lady who will make you feel at home. Every morning a good quality breakfast with fresh fruit awaits you. The owner gave us great tips on what to see and where to go during our stay in Genoa. Also, she was very responsive to all the messages. If coming back again to Genoa, I will make sure to book again.

Genoa is a city that is all up and down. So, you need to expect stairs. But this is such a beautiful city and even after all day wanderings and walks throughout Genoa, some more steps to the property should not be an issue. Enjoy it.

The location was great for us as a young couple because it is an ensuite room in the hostess Stefania's property that is in an authentic residential area. There is a small supermarket on the same road and one can easily walk into the centre of Genoa within minutes. The panoramic view of Spianata di Castellato is very close so one can walk to this in a very short time from the accommodation. Every day, Stefania left breakfast for the following morning already prepared in a special cupboard set aside for this purpose, which also has a microwave and fridge that guests can use. This gave us flexibility as to when we ate, and tea and coffee were available during the day (there is a coffee machine). Breakfast typically included items like focaccia and sweet treats as well as fruit. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious, and there were even slippers that one could borrow for the stay. We arrived late from the airport on a Sunday and Stefania was very gracious and gave lots of helpful advice after our arrival and annotated a map of the city for us to use. As she lives locally, she can give you tips about where to eat and answer your queries! I can definitely recommend staying here - no regrets!

The owner of the B&B, Stefania, was very helpful: she got in contact with us by Whatsapp and sent a bunch of information about the location, the map of Genoa, the main attractions, etc. She showed us the room and gave hints of where to go in the evening. The room was just perfect: spacious, very clean, with a large and comfortable bed. Very clean and well-maintained bathroom. Tasty breakfast the morning after and very helpful information on how to get best to Cinque Terre. The area around the B&B is safe, at about 10 min walk from Piazza Ferrari. A wonderful experience and strongly recommended for future city trips to Genoa!

The host was such a nice lady, she was so caring and wanted to make us feel at home and make us have the best experience. The location was really good, because within 10 minutes we where at the port or on top of Genoa. The fact that it was so cheap and you get a breakfast everyday that is made by the host is exceptional. We really enjoyed our time there and would definitely come back!

The apartment is located in a historic building, making the stay itself an interesting experience. It's close to the historic center. There is a paid parking lot within a 5-minute walk. The apartment has everything needed for a short stay and is very clean. The hostess is helpful and pleasant. A wonderful breakfast is brought in the morning. Highly recommend!

The accommodation is really nice and tidy, the location is central and Stefania is very kind and flexible. We appreciated the delicious breakfast in the morning. I can only recommend this B&B to everyone!

As the heating is periodic, it can be quite cold in the room sometimes (we were there in November).

We had a wonderful stay at B&B Lercari! We felt home right away. Stefania was incredibly welcoming and helpful before and throughout our stay. The room was always very clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location.

The flat is very near Centro Storico and bus stations. The landlady is very nice and helpful. It was very clean and we had everything we needed, including nice italian breakfast. The space is not very big but it is very well organized. We had a lovely time and Genova and B&B Lercari!

The room was spotlessly clean, decorated beautifully and comfortable. The shower is a decent size and water pressure was great. The breakfast was such a treat and a lovely surprise every morning. We would highly recommend B&B Lercari
