Located in the old town, decently close to interesting spots. Recently renewed, AC working fine, fridge in the room - everything OK for a hot day in Genoa.

Offering parking means they have an arrangement with a parking near aquarium - with this arrangement you pay half of price (24Euro/24h -> 48Euro for me as I stayed two day).

Recently renovated. Very clean and comfortable hotel in the old town. Finally a shower with decent waterpressure and stable temparature! 3 truly italian breakfast options right infront of the door. Very close to the Aquarium and the old town. Underground garage deal (24€ instead of 48€ per 24 hours, just park the car in the Porto Antico underground parking and let the receptionist stamp the ticket later.

No access by car (pedestrian street). ‚Redlight district‘ and smelly, dodgy streets close by, but thats everywhere in Genua old town. We saw two rats during broad daylight in the very small streets, dont want to know how many there are at night. Stay on the ‚bigger‘ pedestrian streets and you‘re probably fine. Evening receptionist doesnt speak any language but italian, which is tricky if you need information about closest access to the hotel by car (i still dont know), how the deal with the underground parking works, dinner options or similar. But we REALLY enjoyed our stay in the Hotel and even extended our stay by another night!

This is a comfortable, clean and modern hotel in a great city centre location. Although it's a 3-star hotel, I think it deserves a 4-star rating based on the quality of the rooms. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't rate that. The staff were friendly and eager to help with anything we needed, providing an excellent service. We would happily stay at this hotel again!

The room is clean. Everything is neat. The staff is pleasant. The location is close to the Aquarium. The room is quiet.

There was only one window and it looked out into the shaft between the houses. The smell of fresh paint came from there. So we had to keep the windows closed. The air conditioner cooled poorly.

The room my friend and I were assigned was new, giving the impression the hotel has been recently renovated. Room was clean and spacious. Location also very convenient, 10-15 minutes walking from the railway station and close to the city center. I would stay in this hotel again and again! Also very nice people!

location - we wanted to visit the oceanarium "centro aquatico" - so we liked it. but near the hotel like 150 meters begins a bit dirty streets.

the sound isolation is poor - it was possible to hear everything from neighbors.

Close to the stations and port but still within the streets with lots of character. The staff were lovely and friendly.

The room was clean and quiet and good aircon and WiFi. They even serviced the room.

Very good location. Very very clean. It is a just renewed hotel. Little but fine. We were a bit afraid because it was no rewiew on booking.com, but after all we tried and we were happy.
