the property’s location is in a Caruggio, a small street of the city centre, which at night is not well populated so for us (two young girls) we felt sometimes a little uncomfortable and scared to walk home at night since Genova is not one of the safest cities. But the property itself at the 5th floor of the building is very safe. One last thing was in the morning the noises coming from construction sites nearby, they were extremely noisy. overall it was a good stay except for this details

Location was in the heart of the historical center. Very near the port. Francesca was beyond welcoming & accommodating. She was absolutely great.

Extremely welcoming staff, helped with everything. Keys blocked, where to book the boat trip, reserved taxi, called for ambulance. Had tasty sweets in the morning, coffee and tea. 3 types of pillows in the room, hair drier, slippers Everything I mentioned for free.

No fridge

Very clean. Spotless - and tidy. Central location. The host was amazing. She was so friendly, helpful and went out of her way to assist

Nothing it was perfect

The best location in the old port of Genova that we could have wished for. Close to St. Giorgio Metro, historical palazzi and piazzi, restaurants, cafés and shops. Francesca was very accommodating with our arrival and departure time and readily available with advice and local knowledge even though there is no "reception" here. Our room and ensuite shower room were clean and stylish. I don't like beds too soft or too hard and our bed was just right with a choice of pillows.

The stairs and the lift, but it's an old building so we completely understand this one negative.

Fantastic position very comfortable and atmospheric room and most of all Francesca was incredibly friendly and helpful with recommendations of all sorts.

Francesca was amazing. She was super accommodating and made our stay very special. She even helped us get free gym passes. The room was very clean and good size. The bathe room was also excellent. Located walking distance to everything.

Short walk (3 minutes)from San Georgio metro, modern trendy rooms in an old building, inc air con. Lovely hostess Francesca to welcome and help whenever needed. Comfy firm beds with a fantastic selection of pillows and lovely cotton sheets! In an excellent location in the old part of Genova. Lovely cafés and eateries in walking distance. Buses, metro, city lifts, trains are all cheap and efficient for exploring.

16 steps to the lift might put some people off, but it didn’t really bother us!

The host was amasing. Location is right in the old town in easy walking distance of some great restuarants.

Great location, clean, accessible to old town, great host in Francesca. Exactly what the booking photos promised. Very good value.
