The location was excellent, right next to the aquarium and marina with lots of restaurants around. The room was large and clean with a nice view over the water. Breakfast was very good with everything to choose from.

On the day we arrived the terrace was booked for a private event. We had wanted to sit in the sun and enjoy a drink.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size and there was a small balcony we could sit on although the views were of the pirate ship museum, so that wasn’t too inspiring. But it was nice to have an outdoor space to sit. The room was clean and the bedding were clean and comfortable.

The interior was dark and needs to be updated. We purchased the breakfast buffet one morning but the options were limited. This is definitely a personal preference and I’m sure if you like bakery goods this would be appealing to you. The location looked so interesting online but it’s not in the best area. My husband and I felt a little uneasy walking along the waterway where there were a lot of people loitering. They weren’t selling anything or vacationing…just hanging out. It’s a bit of a good to restaurants but the ones we found were excellent!

The staff was really friendly and helpful.Breakfast was good.The location is also nice close to the port but also close to the city center, it was an easy walk to all of the attraction and quiet at night.

I did not like the bathroom,it looks like it needs some updating.The bathroom door was moldy, at night some strange bugs would come out.It also needs some proper cleaning in some areas. Also if you get a room with a balcony that has a port view just be aware that during this time the hotel is undergoing some facade updating and your view might be obstructed.

The NH Marina is in a great location. You can walk to the big museums, the acquarium is next door and there is no street noise because there is water on both sides of you. You can cross the road under the sopraelevata highway and you are instantly in the old town. There is an underground car park here so there is none of the usual Genoa lack of parking headache. If you are exploring Liguria it is a very good option as you can hire a car direct from the airport and come here. Room and food were fine.

All the staff were warm & friendly as well as keen to help. Our room was very well equipped & fully serviced daily during our 4 night stay. Very comfy, large bed. Fabulous views from our balcony towards the hillside city, the boats below & in the marina. An excellent breakfast choice including coffees, juices, cakes, savouries, fresh fruit etc etc. We found the room warm at 18c, so switched off the aircon overnight & left our balcony door ajar which was perfect.

Spent couple of nights at this hotel. Room and bathroom were very big. Great location at the water and close to city center. Plenty of parking around. Hotel has also own parking. We had one dinner, food was very good.

I didn't like the fact that you cannot book a parking spot at the hotel in advance. They have few parking places in front of the hotel and underground parking. The hotel should be able to manage the parking and to offer to buy a spot in advance.

The location was very good. The staff were nice and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious.

I had to wait for a long time before they would come and clean the room l. Also, the walls were thin. I could hear my neighbors talking about everything and laughing and turning on loud music 🎶 it was not cool. Another thing was the sounds I heard while staying in the room; it was like some one was trying to open the door or knocking on the wall 🙃 which was weird to me.

The location in the harbour is really nice (although entry to the car park area was a little tricky to negotiate). The staff were lovely - very helpful and friendly. On the one night we stayed, we ate in the restaurant, outside on the terrace and had a really good meal with excellent wine and the atmosphere was very relaxing.

The car park barrier could do with a sign saying to press the intercom button if you're staying in the hotel as the "take a ticket" button does not seem to work automatically.

Nice hotel right in the harbor, near the historic center of Genoa. The staff was very kind, Room was big, spacious and clean. Underground parking provided. You can reach most of Genoa tourist attractions on foot.

The bed was not very comfy as i was sliding to the edge all the time. The parking, 20 EUR per day is a bit pricey. The breakfast should be included in the room rate. The area around of hotel is a bit sketchy with a lot of people trying to sell you stuff.

Excellent location, spacious room , very clean , beautiful view to the port .I absolutely enjoyed using shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and soup -very good quality.

Some of the personnel at the reception should learn how to be more polite and friendly with the guests. In particular a receptionist Marina . It is quite disappointing when the personnel causes unpleasant feelings upon check in and check out by being ignorant and rude . Another inconvenience was a shower which had no curtains and as a result water was everywhere in the bathroom.
