The location was excellent, right next to the aquarium and marina with lots of restaurants around. The room was large and clean with a nice view over the water. Breakfast was very good with everything to choose from.

On the day we arrived the terrace was booked for a private event. We had wanted to sit in the sun and enjoy a drink.

The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with all the comforts we could have asked for. We especially appreciated the attention to detail and the quiet, relaxing atmosphere throughout the hotel. The location was also ideal, making it easy for us to explore the area.

We only had one grumble on the last day we found only one towel in our room on returning to the hotel later that night we bought this to the attention of the gentleman on reception who apologised for the situation but advised that they had unfortunately run out of towels. However in hindsight I feel it would have been better to leave our existing towels in our room.

The location is great, the hotel is far enough from the main street and thus it is quiet there. Yet, it is very close to the historic center, just a few steps away. Safe and secure underground parking was available and access was easy. Special thank you to Letizia, who was excellent and kind before and during our stay. She helped us to get a personal guide at short notice, we learned a lot more about Genova than without one, for sure!

Nothin. We had some issues with the aircon during the first night but they sent a technician right away and it got fixed. We didnt have breakfast or any other meal at the hotel, so can't comment on that.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a good size and there was a small balcony we could sit on although the views were of the pirate ship museum, so that wasn’t too inspiring. But it was nice to have an outdoor space to sit. The room was clean and the bedding were clean and comfortable.

The interior was dark and needs to be updated. We purchased the breakfast buffet one morning but the options were limited. This is definitely a personal preference and I’m sure if you like bakery goods this would be appealing to you. The location looked so interesting online but it’s not in the best area. My husband and I felt a little uneasy walking along the waterway where there were a lot of people loitering. They weren’t selling anything or vacationing…just hanging out. It’s a bit of a good to restaurants but the ones we found were excellent!

Nice location on the harbour, we had a nice view of the boats from our room. Very large comfortable bed and good size room overall. Very clean.

You have to step into a bath to shower. Unfortunately I slipped and almost had a very bad injury. Slip mats should be provided. We didn’t stay in the bar or restaurant as there seemed to be a function. We wouldn’t have anyway due to a couple of children (8-12years old) allowed to run and scream throughout the whole lobby! We went out for at least 4 hours and when back, they were still going! Not sure why this was allowed by staff? Very annoying to other guests and unprofessional

Unfortunately for personal reasons we had to cut our stay short. The hotel was fine and as expected. Breakfast was of a high standard.

Despite the room having a balcony I found it dark which would probably be fine for a short stay but we were planning to stay longer. I am not sure if the hotel was newly decorated or some cleaning had taken place but there was an aroma that was not unpleasant but which I found eventually slightly overwhelming.

Thoughtful interior design. Harbour location. Room/bedding comfortable. Availability of car parking. Staff pleasant. Breakfast very good.

Initial arrival is intimidating...I would be unhappy with my wife arriving alone...hotel should look to provide guest support on outside car park area. International visitors...English speaking channels would be nice. Didn't happen to me but observed intermittent service...watched several guest leave frustrated.

Location was excellent and the hotel itself was lovely. Reception was great, they arranged taxis for us and check in/out was quick. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. The hotel bar was great for a drink and snack, although we didn't have breakfast or dinner there. Staff were attentive.

The bathroom was a little dated and the air-con was not very strong. I was disappointed that there were only decaf pods for the espresso machine, but then even more disappointed that the machine didn't work.

The staff was really friendly and helpful.Breakfast was good.The location is also nice close to the port but also close to the city center, it was an easy walk to all of the attraction and quiet at night.

I did not like the bathroom,it looks like it needs some updating.The bathroom door was moldy, at night some strange bugs would come out.It also needs some proper cleaning in some areas. Also if you get a room with a balcony that has a port view just be aware that during this time the hotel is undergoing some facade updating and your view might be obstructed.

The NH Marina is in a great location. You can walk to the big museums, the acquarium is next door and there is no street noise because there is water on both sides of you. You can cross the road under the sopraelevata highway and you are instantly in the old town. There is an underground car park here so there is none of the usual Genoa lack of parking headache. If you are exploring Liguria it is a very good option as you can hire a car direct from the airport and come here. Room and food were fine.
