Great location, modern renovated flat, attendant staff.

A few things were not to our liking : First and most important, The claim that they have parking is misleading. In fact, they have an agreement with a parking lot around 10 minutes away to get a better rate from them (which was extremely expensive by our standards- costing around one euro per hour!) Second the shutters on our bedroom side window were shut due to a problem and we couldn't enjoy any natural light and fresh air while the main windows were also blocked and couldn't open fully making ventilation very difficult. Third, we couldn't adjust the internal temperature in the apartment and we had to ask so they would do it remotely.

Location is really great cause you are just in the city center and on the walking distance from the main attractions that you have to see if you are visiting Genoa. Apartment is really spacious and it has all what you need for short stay (even for the longer one). I was positively surprised that we had a cleaning of bathroom and making of bed covered for each day of our stay (we stayed for 4 nights). Stuff is very friendly and I got all responses in a couple of minutes. Parking is really not far and after first day of staying we even found shorter way how to reach it comparing to what was offered by Google Maps.

You have to be aware that privileged parking price is valid only for up to 15 hours of your staying in the parking lot on a daily basis so it should not be a problem if you take a car each day for visiting neighboring areas but if you plan to stay without moving your car for the time which will exceed this time limit, then you have to be prepared for higher cost comparing to the planned one. One minor thing to be mentioned is the fact that in the apartment there were some visible signs of previous moisture problems and mold residue in the bathroom ceiling so this could be maybe covered better with fresh coloring.

We stayed one night before our cruise and really liked the apartment — spacious, clean, stylish, and well-equipped for a short stay. The location is excellent, right in the pedestrian zone near the old port, aquarium, shops, and restaurants. The host was very helpful and responsive, and greet you to check-in. Note: Since it’s in a pedestrian area, there’s no on-site parking. The nearest garage is often full, but other options are available nearby with a short walk. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is located on the fifth floor near the harbour, overlooking the church, with sliding doors from floor to ceiling. With these fully opened, I sat there working at the kitchen table in the early morning when everyone else was still asleep and I heard the city wake up and come to life: first very quiet with only the garbage service, then the silence is torn apart by the opening from the iron shutters of the many shops, followed a little later by an explosion of buzz as everyone stands on the street with their coffee and breakfast talking before starting the day. For me that was also the signal to go downstairs for fresh bread, cheese and to have fresh meats cut and have a delicious breakfast with the rest. I am in a wheelchair myself and we chose the apartment because of the bathroom ensuite, with a low entry into the shower tray. However, the door to the bathroom opened inwards, blocking the entry into the shower. This was easily solved by removing the door, so that the wheelchair could be neatly placed in the room and I could make the transfer into the shower. The pavement in the old town and around the harbor is very bumpy, so make sure you have good tires on your wheelchair and perhaps tools to tighten loose screws and bolts.

The street to the building sometimes did not smell so fresh and could be cleaned daily, but it is a problem that you see in many cities, people then look like dogs and lift their paws everywhere. More light and cameras could be a solution, but does that help in times of urgent need to urinate?

Excellent location and warm welcome. Met at property by host who took us up to the room on 4th floor and went through check in. Large studio apartment- very modern with everything we needed. Free bottled water and french toast for us. Lovely fluffy towels in bathroom. Everything clean and tidy. Bed extremely comfortable, good nights sleep with no noise whatsoever. Just perfect

The area on first impressions looks a bit dodgy at night but kept to main paths and actually after the first night was ok.

If you are an experienced traveler, this is a great place to stay in Genoa. The location could not be better. It's in a pedestrianized area in the historic center and within easy walking distance of nearly every attraction in the city including the historic port. Shopping was also very convenient. I loved the quiet and well-equipped aparthotel. You will need to book a taxi to and from the airport if you are flying into Genoa.

There's no service desk. The staff are very accommodating, but it was a bit hard to get in touch with them.

Everything was really clean and comfortable, room was cleaned everyday and given fresh towels everhday. Location was also close to metros and buses as well as restaurants and markets. The staff was also extremely helpful, there is also a reception and the staff is there most of the day in case you need anything or need to store your luggage.

Nothing to not like

Location was good with easy access to the port area and old town once you had figured out the directions. Nice parquet floors. Good storage space for a few days' stay for a single occupant. Great local cuisine at cheap lunch rates at nearby squares. Lots of little shops around.

Right side of the bed was creaky and overall the bed was hard. I think it's time to replace the creaky parts. By the fifth night I had hip pain from the hard mattress. Tv only has Italian channels. Access lanes to the building are being used as urinals so they are quite smelly.

Very comfortable and clean apartment in a central area for exploring Genoa and beyond. Gorgeous view through floor length windows. Very bright and spacious.

Perhaps could have a few more hotel-like added extras for example toiletries and a floor length mirror would’ve upped the experience to 10/10. The doors were a bit hard to open and quite temperamental.

A cool renovated apartment in an old building a few streets back from the port. Great bathroom and shower and the bedding was nice. The pull out couch was comfortable. The staff were helpful and spoke great english.

The parking situation is a nightmare in Genoa in general, but I felt the instructions could have been a little clearer. The area is not the most welcoming, but fine.
