Wonderful hotel with elegant, clean and unique rooms. The staff has been helpful and kind. Breakfast offers authentic and fresh food. Re-fillillable bottles of water available in the fridge. Central location, close to the historical centre and in front of the Aquarium.

Nothing. It is hard to unload and load your luggage from your car directly in front of the hotel because there is no parking space. There is nothing they can do about it though, and there is anyway an indoor big parking space just a 3-minute walk which is usable by the hotel's guests through a card and for about 26 euros per day.

It was ok, but the location, not in sense of physical location, but above a seedy dirty appearance of a McDonald’s was a real turnoff. Not a very pleasant initial impression when a taxi drops you off. Second floor lobby & checkin added to the initial unpleasant introduction. The size & cleanliness of the rooms were appreciated as well as the very accommodating staff, but the initial drive up impression was not a good way to start a stay.

See above. Being located above a seedy dirty McDonald’s did not make for a start of a holiday stay.

Location right on the waterfront opposite the aquarium and the Vascello Neptune pirates vessel, excellent access to the old city. The hotel is above the street, discreetly snuggled in-between MacDonalds. Many, many places to eat around on different budgets, just a short walk up to the main shopping street. Room was very large and comfortable. Although just next to the waterfront elevated freeway, it was very quiet inside. The bed was huge and comfortable. Bathroom well appointed, towels everywhere. Wifi was fast and consistent. The staff were super helpful and attentive. Breakfast had a reasonable selection (massive cookie collection), you were requested to name a time slot as cooked selections (wide selection) were individually ordered and served. I would stay there again.

Not much we did not like. Breakfast ran short on croissants towards the end.

The hotel is located approximately 20 minutes walk from the station, with suitcases the roads are a little uneven but not awful. Once at the hotel it is a short walk to the marina, some lovely shops, restaurants and bars. At the hotel itself, there is a bar open for guest (friendly staff to serve you), a pool table and if you smoke, even better you don't have to go outside. The rooms are a reasonable size. Breakfast offered cold and hot options.

For us the walk from the station was fine, for some it may be too far, however, taxis are on hand at the station. The hotel is located in a busy area and there is alot of traffic.

Very good breakfast, large room (however stairs quite noisy, needs repair), friendly personel, clean & warm.

Beside that breakfast was very good, I think that service needs some improvements. Dishes was not taken from my table for a while, even if Waiter was coming near by. Having kind of "PARK & KISS" parking slot in front of the hotel would help us a lot, as in general parking there (even only for unloading) is forbidden, where somebody talked to us something in italian, guessing that we can't park there.

I looks scary bad from the outside with McDonalds on both sides, dirty looking but inside it’s a grand old hotel. Rooms were very nice, large and refurbished. Dining room very nice, good breakfast and it is close to everything. No parking if you have a call not even a space for you to pull up for a couple of minutes so do as all Italians do… just double park or very close to the parked cars. Staff will help with bags. All in all nice place don’t let the outside looks deceive you

The staff were all wonderful!! Jacobo and Chiara went out of their way to help us. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms well equipped. There are toiletries plus a shaving kit and toothbrushes. Breakfast was delicious and prepared to order! There is also a breakfast buffet filled with homemade muffins, croissants, cookies and cakes if you prefer a simple breakfast. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and the coffee was delectable!

While the location was convenient to the aquarium, cafes, the hop-on-hop-off bus, and the cruise port, it was not an area where I would feel safe wandering after dark!! There was however a strong police presence so it was probably fine...just me feeling a bit judgy.

The location is extremely central to the main port and all the activities that it offers. Is it pretty, not really but, the staff are extremely welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. We used it as a base to transfer my son and grandchildren to the airport for a flight home. The hotel whilst appearing big is small 18 rooms and 2 apartments. The rooms are well furnished and spacious. Breakfast is very good. there is a buffet and they prepare you whatever you require by individual order so, everything is super fresh and not stored on hot plates.

I liked room was very nice, pretty modern, quite spacious and with super high ceiling Bathroom was good Hotel is very well located, it was convenient to walk to see sightseeings Staff was friendly and receptionist gave us good advice of restaurants. Hotel could give access to a closed parking next to the hotel and we could pay half price of the price of this parking

I think sound isolation is not very good and in case you come by car and need to go grab parking card at hotel, it is not obvious to stop in front of the hotel as there could be simply no space and you need to drive around and try to park for a while in front

Nice hotel . Room was large with stairs for upstairs. AC was not cooling enough upstairs if not very nice renovated and comfortable. Very tasty breakfast and staff very nice. Pb we realized when we get there it’s not the best location. U have bunch of vendors in front , homeless person that sleeps there very dirty and crowded . We did not feel we were in Italy . In the back of the hotel area gets better feels safer. We traveled around Italy a lot and wanted to see genoa we were hit very impressed. But hotel itself is very good
