Its in a great location in the centro historico and the rooms are well appointed and very clean. The team were great communicators, clear instructions and photos via whatapp (need to have data working, not always easy in Italy)

The self check in process was clearly explained but didn't work for the two front doors, I guess, multiple users can cause issues. Once inside the building, all worked well. The walls were a little thin - could hear the shower in the room next door but nothing more than that. We had a peaceful night!

Limited space for storing clothes. Limited number of sockets for charging electronic devices. The fridge was not cold when we arrived, and was noisy, so that we had to shut it off during the night. The reception was not occupied when we left and so we were informed only after we had left that we still had to pay the city tax. It would have been easier to ask us right at the arrival. For what it is, we found it too expensive, but admittedly, we did not take advantage of the wellness space.

A perfect stay for one or two nights. The hotel is in the old town and basically near to all sights of Genoa. I liked the concept of the fancy rooms. If Genoa than I can recommend Teseo. One thing that I was not immediately aware; In the entrance of this building you need to bell the right number, instruction are written - but I missed that. However, maybe tourist who travels in Italy often, they know it.

Right in the heart of the old town and not far at all from San Giorgio metro station. Small room but very, very clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable!! The shower was also excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful and check in was easy. You pay city tax on departure and it may be wise to have cash available, if staff are not in attendance when you leave.

Beautiful modern room and extremely clean. It is in a fantastic location and the host is very kind and helpful. Check in process was easy. We found the room to be very comfortable and very secure.

Although a beautiful and clean room, there’s no seating whatsoever, nor is there a little table or anywhere to sit a suitcase or bag. The walls were a little thin and we could hear our neighbours flush toilets and walk around etc. (This is not a dealbreaker and although we didn’t care; I know some might) Complimentary coffee was a nice touch but located in a common room down the hall. Essentially you’re paying for a bed and a bathroom, although it is of a high standard, try not to have high expectations in regards to room facilities.

The room was nice, as in the pictures. It was clean and the stuff at the reception was very nice and helpful. The mattress is of very good quality and the window shutters were good, keeping the dark in the room till long, as you can sleep well even after the sun is up. Also the location is good, in the city center and you can easily access main tourist attractions by walking.

The pillows are very though and if you have to pay for cleaning services. It might be inconvenient that reception is only for some hours, so you have to discuss via phone with the stuff for checking in and checking out instructions, but the staff is very friendly and helpful and this might not be a drawback.

I really liked the rooms. They were clean and tidy, with very comfortable beds and all everything you might need. But this is not the best part. The best part was Mia, the front-office manager. She was fantastic! Helped us with the room, booking a taxi to the Port of Genoa and the airport afterward. Even if we didn't know English well, Mia helped us with patience and kindness. Large and comfortable rooms. Bed was really comfy. Check-in and communication was easy. Allowed luggage storage before check in and after check out. Location was ok to get to most sites in Genoa.

Some dodgy streets nearby accomodation. Spa access could be included in the final price for what you pay. A smart TV would be nice, as well as a full length mirror.

Excellent location,in a special building,right in the center of the city, Just go for a walk in the alleys. Friendly stuff

I would expect more thought regarding the functionality of the room and especially the shower - there is no place to hang towels, and during the shower there is no place to put the soap, only on the floor. Not recommended for pregnant women.

Relaxing stay for sure--if for only for one night in Genoa. We had excellent communication with the host. Upon arrival, we buzzed in and were able to enter the elevator--elevator was big enough for two people and two small bags. Make sure you close the door properly! :) We were greeted by the hostess and were able to check-in early which was great. Hostess showed us the room and how to work the air conditioning--which worked in autumn! Room was clean and no nonsense. We had an area to place our bags which was nice. Bathroom was large with a great shower--and clean. Bed was comfortable.

The walls are thin and we could hear people as they came back during the evening--everyone was quiet for the most part, but you could hear the door open and close and conversations.
